So expensive and not worth the price!! The Easter pie we bought was just chocolate pudding and whipping cream, so basic and flavourless, and it cost $45. So disappointing. Will never order from them again!
Just wow! STEAK, STOUT & GRUYERE We were so impressed with this savory pie - the meat is so tender, incredible depth of flavor and a wonderful velvety mouth feel, so so good!!

I had their pumpkin pie for the first time today and it was amazing. Perfectly spiced, not too sweet, very smooth and rich. The perfect pie for Thanksgiving dessert.

I tried to order the large Banana Toffee without banana slices. Not substituting anything. Not an allergy. Just a preference because i find the bananas get soggy. Just please don’t add banana slices. If your pies are made fresh, how is this a problem? Confused why there is an almost $5 extra charge for this simple request? To NOT add banana slices
I went in to get a pie and asked if I could use the washroom (I'm pregnant). The staff refused, even if I were to make a purchase. They told me to go to one of the neighboring businesses to use their washroom, so I did this and returned to buy a pie. It's really unfortunate that they were unwilling to allow a very pregnant woman access to their washroom when I was a paying customer. Pumpkin cheesecake was delicious though.

Review October 2024:
Love everything here. And thank you for bringing back the delicious cherry filling. 😍 We love coming here!
Review Feb 2024: Overall, consistently amazing! I love all the pies - my present favourite is the banana toffee. In the summertime I really love the seasonal Zabaglione.
Some (useful, I hope) critical feedback for the owners: I infinitely prefer whole sour cherries (even with pits here or there) to the recent sour cherry hand pie I had with a blended filling. Bring back the whole cherries and don't lower the amount of filling (if you need to charge more to do so, then please do)! Also, I ordered one of the wellingtons and was disappointed - using a cut other than tenderloin really didn't work and the portions were too small. If you were to offer that again at that price point, I think you'd have to do it with a (larger) cut ideally of tenderloin, even if not a local organic provider.
Review from 2yrs ago: Expensive but worth every penny. I would highly recommend their sweet pies. Always fantastic and a tremendous hit if you need to bring a dessert to a dinner party.

The pies here are delicious. There are a variety to choose from. What really stood out here was the service and the person working there. I spoke with a woman named Oxana. I never felt such love and passion for food from another person, as I did from her. It felt like a family member cooked it and was excited for me to eat it. I know this may sound weird, but anytime someone is that enthusiastic and passionate about their craft, I get even more intrigued in the product.

I ate my pie there. They warmed it up perfectly for me. I had the Jamican hand pie. It was mildly spicy. The filling was very tasty with a kind of curry like flavor. The crust was flaky on top and a little crunchy on the bottom.
My friend had their award winning Butter chicken pie. She gave me a bit to try. I liked it a lot too.
Highly recommend you eat your pie in their shop!

I had just flown into the City and was starving after a long flight. Pie. Junkie was in the area that I was meeting up with a friend and looked good from what I saw to people eating on the patio.
When I went inside I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of savory and sweet offerings with unique takes on some classic flavors.
I decided to try the brie with chutney and key lime pies.
Both were quite good with a key lime being a bit of a twist on the classic, having a medley of unique fruits on top. The brie with chutney was absolutely delicious as the chutney had a ton of flavor and added another dimension to something a little less exciting.
I will say that my only critique is that the pastry could have been baked a little bit longer and although my brie with chutney was heated up, it needed some more time in the oven so the brie would actually ooze out when I cut into it. Otherwise, the flavors were excellent and I'd highly recommend it.
The dishes were super cute too with a grandma vibe floral pattern. Sometimes you appreciate those little things.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were plentiful and clearly labeled. Obviously if you're looking for something sweet you'll have no issues eating here.

Amazing bakery! We tried 3 sweet pies and the banana toffee was my favourite, best dessert I’ve had in a while. The staff were super friendly and helpful! We will be back!
Friendly staff and the pies we had were delicious.
Extremely helpful staff & fantastic food.
I love Pie Junkie. Our family celebrations would not be complete without their incredible pies! I’ve had the cheesecake, sour cherry, lemon meringue, key lime and more.
Their pies are to die for. We also love the savoury pies. Just yesterday we had the butter chicken with a salad for lunch. What a special treat.
Small unassuming shop serving up whimsical pastry delights. There's savory and sweet and even ice cream pies and cookies. Friendly staff on-hand to help you navigate the choices. Samples available to help you decide. Clearly they live up to their name and they love pie as much as you do. Fresh quality ingredients used in their creations. Highly recommend you give them a try, you'll go back for more.
