Had a great family dinner celebration at Pigeon Hole (owned by concorde group)! The restaurant is in the old brick Victor Victoria building on 17th. The family style dishes meant everyone got to try multiple things. We had the chicken, pork belly and salmon large plates along with a selection of small and side plates. Flavours and textures were excellent, as was the after dinner amaro list. Service was friendly and attentive. The decor is a little odd, with chairs better suited...
All the delicious plates came out at the same time. We needed time to enjoy our drink and have the plates come out one at a time so we could savour the really great flavors. Felt rushed.
Celebrated our friend's big birthday, we shared the oysters, mushroom croquettes, roasted cabbage and the chicken schnitzel. Everything was so delicious. Our server was very attentive, amazing service!
