Ordered from Uber. The BOGO udon deal is a scam. Look at the onigiri filling, if I could even call that a filling. Maybe the filling was supposed to be just salmon marinated mayo sauce instead of actual salmon?
A great place, no words. Have been visiting for a while now, no regrets. ccidentally got a spicy peace once, was able to change it no problem. Want to also say thanks for free things that they give with orders sometimes, like a free lolipops or miso soup 🤍

Had an incredibly unfortunate experience, their food is often great. HOWEVER asked about 2 major allergens for my date, was told no, so we got her food. Come to find out they fry with one of the allergens and fed it to her. They do not take allergies seriously so please if you have them don't come here.

It's fascinating how you claim 2 employees confirmed no allergens were brought up when there was only one behind the counter when our order was place and when we initially asked about sesame and soy
We did inform you, they asked the employee, then I asked specifically if there was sesame oil on the rice which we were told no again, the employee didn't understand. That is important. Of course your employee is going to say we didn't ask. And of course you'll cover for them, why would any business admit to what happened here especially on Google reviews.
Secondly, we asked for complimentary drinks yes but you forgot all the stuff that lead to that, allow me to fill in the blanks. We came back to order more food because we LOVED IT but we asked if we could replace the miso soup because of a soy allergy. The employee understood and then immediately informed us that my date shouldn't order the chicken stir fry one which was awesome however we did not receive that same information when we were ordering the beef one which is also fried with sesame. At that point my date was EMBARESSED and said okay can we just get the drinks then, I don't want to get more food here. I asked if they could be complimentary because of what had occurred, giving you a chance to fix it right there and apologize. Instead we were quizzed why we would want free drinks and told that we didn't ask the employee. When we did. multiple times. Your reply is clearly to save face.
