Prairie Donair Crowfoot

I used to love coming here a year ago but the last three times I’ve visited, has been a disappointment.
Cold chicken bites, and just today, ordered fries and they weren’t even seasoned… I will not be returning.

It was my first visit and i was expecting a good customer service. I told at least 3-4 times for each customization and sauces but the girl who was working was looked at me like it was my fault to enter the store. No answers for greetings no explanation for product. Just ruined my experience even after somebody referred this store to me. Thanks.

The girl who's serving and making food has no basic customer service skills whatsoever. She has a disrespectful tone and doesn't know how to speak with people. So disappointed! She made my food, and it was raw, not cooked properly, and she looks miserable at her job. I won't be wasting money here again!

Had a Donair and Chicken shawarma. Chicken was a bit oily but taste was pretty good, Donair was good as well. Prices were at par with similar places. Plenty of parking and the place was fairly nice. Service was excellent.

Whoever is working the lunch shift must be a little slow. Who puts in the poutine SIDEWAYS when preparing your uber eats order?

Fist time trying this donair and it’s just not good donairs are small for what you pay and they just don’t taste like a donair. Beef tasted old and dry. If you come here order a large donair it’s really a medium every where else.

Showed up at 11:20pm, door was locked, and no one was there

I ordered poutine and a chicken shawarma, and honestly, I was disappointed with the value for what I paid. The poutine portion was very small for $12, and there wasn’t enough cheese or fries to really enjoy it the way it should be. The shawarma was okay taste-wise, I’d give it a 6/10, but the experience could have been better. The staff didn’t ask me what kind of sauce or salad I wanted, which is usually standard when ordering shawarma.
I think the food has potential, but improving portion sizes, making sure toppings are generous, and asking customers for their preferences would make a big difference.

Great value. This was my first time here and I certainly wasn't left disappointed. I couldn't even finish my donary was that big.
So I don't know what other people are ordering where they're complaining about the size but that's definitely not the experience I had here today.
I had the donair of the day which was spicy P.D signature Donaire.
It was delicious.
What I loved about this place was how many sauces that you can add to your order to customize it to suit your taste.
I have 23 different sauces to choose from which is incredible.
They have low fat options gluten-free options vegan and also dairy-free options for the sauces.
Today I also had a couple of chicken wings which were on sale with the purchase of the Donaire.
The dry buffalo chicken wings were nice and crisp and packed with flavor.
This place also has a lot of different poutine and fries options such as the classic poutine buffalo chicken poutine Canadian maple and my favorite the carnivore.

My server today Eman . Was pleasant professional very courteous and he really worked hard to put together a nice meal for me.
The only setback I would say was I wish that there were more staff available it looks like the owner should definitely have two or three people on hand at all times.
I didn't think it's fair that just one person has to run the entire show.
The restaurant was kept impeccably clean and orderly.
The washroom was also clean which is a good indication on how things are behind the scenes.
I'll even give five stars to the great smelling soap that they have in the washroom 😂

Came in 15 minutes before close, understandably late but also we didn’t have an option to come in any earlier as I had just gotten off work and came straight here. We were only planning on getting 2 donairs which usually takes them around 5 minutes to make. We walk in and he said “we are closed” meanwhile the open sign was still on and on the sign it says “closes at 12am” on Monday. Super frustrating as this is one of the few places we can go to eat as getting GF food late at night and my boyfriend is Celiac. As someone working in customer service and deals with customers coming in 2 minutes till close almost every day, I can’t believe getting turned down 15 minutes before close. My boss would sit me down and talk to me if I was doing that and tell me how disappointing it is that he is loosing service because I “didn’t feel like working”
