I'm from out of town and I really enjoy their juices, so whenever I am in Calgary, I make a visit here. On my recent visit, the customer service is so bad, it ruined the experience for me. The woman behind the counter did not smile, refused to take my cash, and also didn't respond when I said thank you after my purchase.

I’ve tried Raw by Robyn’s juice cleanse twice now. We all know juice cleanses can be difficult, but when they actually taste good and there’s enough to keep you going all day I find them quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

Granted the juice and sushi are not the best flavour pairing, but I enjoyed each item individually.
And love the food hall this store was located in.

I just want to share my awesome experience today (Friday). Pleasantly greeted and promptly attended to by a kind young lady. I must admit, that I am a regular when visiting Calgary and have noticed that all the ladies working here are kind and friendly, always willing to give their two cents on recommendations and their recommendations are delicious. Best smoothies I've ever had, must try the Glowing green, so fresh and healthy! For bowls, I've tried a few and would recommend the Fiesta.Thank you ladies.

I come here a few times a week And the service is always horrible. The food is usually (not always) good but not one of the employees ever says hello or gives any sort of greeting. I’ve never once had one of their employees give me as much as a smile. It ruins the experience. Whenever, I say, thank you, they never answer, it’s just really disappointing to see how little they care about customer service. This goes for all of their employees. I work in the service industry, so I understand how important tipping is and this is the single only place in the entire city that I refuse to tip at because the customer service is just awful.
