Reader's Garden Cafe is a charming spot in a cool 1910 house with lovely gardens. The food is delicious and fresh, with a good selection of menu items like the Eggs Benedict made with a biscuit/scone base. The breakfasts, brunch, and lunch are fantastic, and the service is excellent with very courteous waitresses. It's a hidden summer gem with a scenic setting, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices. The gardens are spectacular to walk around, giving an inner-city location a country cottage feel. The cafe gets packed, so reservations are recommended. A special little place for a quaint brunch or lunch in a beautiful garden setting.
