My Matcha latte was good, cats were adorable, the atmosphere was calm and so comforting. I spent some time here before my appointment down the street. Would recommend to anyone in the area to pass time, or if you need a pick me up. Great cause too.

Had a spectacular experience at this unique and one of a kind cafe. The drinks were superb, and the atmosphere was even better, as you have the opportunity to interact with some adorable cats (an affordable booking fee is required so it could benefit you to book in advance on their website). They also have a variety of adorable cat merch as well

I was excited to come here for the first time and bring my son who loves cats. Unfortunately I did not know they allow a homeless man to stay in the room the entire time and it made the entire enclosed area smell absolutely horrible like bodily fluids. He was not aggressive or anything but I think that's absolutely ridiculous to allow this person to stay in there when you charge $15 a head for 30 mins. We had to leave early because honestly the smell was absolutely horrible. Would not reccomend and you should advise the public if this is something you do.

I don't often write reviews, and I don't enjoy writing this one as this place is obviously a labour of love. I just wanted to clarify to other parents though, this is NOT a kid-friendly place. I took my two daughters here as a treat as they had seen a cat cafe online and were super excited about it. First off, the staff seemed put off by having kids in, and seemed like they went out of their way to dampen my kids enthusiasm. Second, it is not cheap, we spent $54 (+ an 18% tip) for 30 mins of cat room time. We had to sit and wait 20 mins to go in even though there was no one inside. When we finally got in, the lady inside seemed extremely uncomfortable around kids, as did the other patrons, and made us feel like we were unwelcome. I did everything possible to keep my kids calm, but they were excited to pet the cats. This excitement was quickly replaced with disappointment as all the cats hopped up into completely unreachable places. My one daughter walked around with a cat toy asking why none of the cats wanted to play with her, and the other cried on the way home that the cats didn't like her.
Super disappointing experience overall. Not to mention that everything was very overpriced. If you don't want kids, don't advertise kids birthday parties. Honestly our experience here was a 0 out of 5 stars, but generously giving it a 3 as we are probably not their target market.

Nice atmosphere for the cats. We were able to get a walk-in spot first thing in the morning. It was nice and quiet and the kitties were excited to see us and play 😻
Coffee was average but cats and service was wonderful. I appreciate that they have an attendant that stays in the visitation room with the cats to supervise.

What a great concept. Absolutely loved the experience. We pre booked our time with the kitties online and got there like 5 minutes to the scheduled time. The person working was very business. She wasn't off-putting but also wouldn't say friendly. Just very business ... Read the waiver, sign the waiver. I guess I can understand that ... The front line for kitty safety. Cats have an amazing space to live in and was super chill for us as visitors. Amazing shopping. We did some light shopping afterwards for the at home babies. I spent 10 bucks and got a couple stickers and treats for the cats. My daughter spent a litter more 20 or 30 ..
Not sure what she got. Super cute experience.

This place looks nice overall and has a decent amount of kitties to see. However, the kittens had just arrived one night before we visited and were not yet accustomed to the space, therefore they were not comfortable enough and probably should not have been open to visitors for a couple days. Also not super knowledgeable on some details about the cats that people might want to know before adopting. For example, we were interested in a cat that looked a bit larger and wanted to know how much he weighed and if he had any health concerns etc. They couldn’t even tell us his weight lol. Lots of cute handmade options for souvenirs including crocheted cat toys that were a bit pricey but reasonable. We did not order any drinks from the cafe so cannot say anything to that area.

It’s a wonderful idea and a very cozy place. Spending time with the cats is truly relaxing and enjoyable. Even though you’re not allowed to pick them up, it’s still a lovely experience and you can feel how well the cats are cared for. A great spot for cat lovers 🐱💛
