Not impressed with food. Spaghetti was similar to out of a can. Service was great as were the drinks

Naman was our most wonderful person this evening who made our dining truly special. All the Pacini personnel make you feel so welcome. When we asked but the lemon pie is no longer on the menu, the chef made us a unique and delicious frozen lemon dessert...as a complementary item. Talk about going the extra mile. Samir at the bar also has taken excellent care of us on this and previous visits. Last but by far one of the main reasons we have returned is Ignacio at the front desk of the Holiday Inn and Suites Calgary South Conference Centre. He has gone over and above to ensure our stays over the last several years with our now 95 year-young friend have been smooth and comfortable. As anyone can gather, we can highly recommend this hotel and Pacini.

Unfortunately we never got a chance to try the food here so I can’t comment on the quality of it. We arrived after 4 hours on the road and were looking forward to an easy meal and relaxing in our hotel for the evening. We were sat down by the hostess, she brought some waters out and said our server would be by shortly. After 15-20 mins of no server coming around we eventually gave up and left to find another place to eat. Hopefully it was just a one off issue as the menu looked good.

Our server, Sam, was assigned our table 2 times during our weekend here. He was friendly, kind, always working and engaging his customers. He exceeded our expectations from dining experiences. Thanks Sam!

I have been to Pacini many times and really enjoy their pizza and pasta. Additionally, can’t say no to the bread bar and the few types of interesting butter offered as a starter!

Not very authentic Italian food. Service strayed good but went downwards as we progressed to the end of our meal and the closing of the restaurant. They had free bread and a flattop (grill) to toast your bread but it was dirty and burnt with leftover butter. Pizza was good, pasta wasn't very good considering it's Italian. Meal was ok, but it's not something we we'll repeat.

European quality food👌 European level of service 👌 This restaurant creates a strong advantage for this Holiday Inn, so next time I am in Calgary, I will stop here again to enjoy the food and atmosphere of Pacini.

This is the second year in a row that we have visited this restaurant primarily for their birthday discount. My father turned 94 this year so we were looking forward to a nice 94% discount on his meal. It almost sounds too good to be true ha ha. The service was terrific as it has been the other time we visited and the friendly and attentive Jessica hosted us. There is a wide selection of food choices and a convenient grill to toast your choice of unlimited bread. I'm not usually a fan of restaurants situated inside hotels, but this is one exception where I think the restaurant is well worth visiting even if you're not staying in the Holiday Inn where it's located. Give it a try!

You had lots of options our party had a flatbread. It was one of the best flatbread we've ever had. Fresh ingredients hot even came with our own pizza. Cutting server was attentive. Just a great experience overall.
