I love Ricardo's, especially during Christmas for Sippin' Santa. The staff are super friendly and the food and drink are delicious. I would only hope for a few more options, but otherwise it's a yay!

We happened to be here by chance and were greeted by Dustin , an excellent bartender who was able to ferry us to the world of rum and made us leave really happy with a lot of new information about this world.I recommend everyone to try this place at least once if you want to teleport to the place where rum was bornThank you Dustin for a wonderful experience

Such an amazing place to eat! The tables are a little close together, but as long as you are prepared for that, this is definitely a place you don't want to miss! The servers and bar staff were extremely friendly, and the presentation of exceptional food and drink made for a great evening out!

We were a table of four celebrating two birthdays and only one of us had been before. The staff (our server was Alli) made us feel we were warmly welcome. The menu though limited was perfect for sharing with everyone in our group. This is place to share with friends and enjoy wonderful cocktails. We visited in February but a date on the patio in front of one the fireplaces is in my future.

We had a reservation on Friday night and arrived only to find out they are closed. At that point they still have tables you can reserve on OpenTable. Tried to call with no answers. They must be going through bankruptcy or something.

We made reservations here weeks in advance even confirmed the night before and the restaurant was not even open the day of our resos. No call no explanation no signs up either. Disappointing as it was to be a surprise party of my husbands 40th bday. Will never visit again.

Had reservations for Christmas eve for sippin' Santa event. Reservation was made a month before, was confirmed by email the day before. The website clearly stated they would be open "7 days a week from November 16 - December 31" yet they were not open. Email doesn't work, no one answers the phone, Concorde doesn't reply to emails via their corporate email. Don't let them ruin your plans too. Pass on a business that doesn't respect or value their customers time or opinions.
Just went for drinks during the christmas event. Waitress was talking to other waitresses leaving our drinks empty a few times. Her attitude was also rather short. We left an item there and tried to call back probably 5 times, got the answering machine the whole time. There were no more than 15 people in the bar the whole time we were there. Drinks were alright

We were really excited to try the Christmas pop up. It was disappointing. Nothing great about the decor, drinks weren’t great, service was not good. We were pretty much ignored despite it not being busy. Food was tasty.

I had a great time at Ricardo's last week as part of the "Sippin' Santa" tiki pop-up they were hosting. I'd heard about the event in 2022 too late to make a reservation so I made sure I was on the ball for 2023. I'm so glad I did. The popup included a fun menu of festive drinks, all served in Christmas themed glasses and mugs. My husband and I started out with a drink served in a large bowl, intended to be shared by two or more people. We also tried a couple items off the Sippin Santa menu and some from Ricardo's regular menu. While we enjoyed everything, Ricardo's house items came out ahead. The bar itself is quite small so now I understand why reservations were hard to come by. It normally has a nautical theme but they did a great job incorporating wrapping paper and other holiday decor. I had a great time at Ricardo's and definitely plan on checking it out again the next time I'm in town.
