Long waits and not busy. 10 min wait for coffee, refill came at the 25min mark, 44 min wait for a breakfast bowl, which was average.

Restaurant was clean and staff were pleasant, but with so many breakfast options out there, we won’t be back.

The bathrooms are locked and you need a code to get inside it. Not a good thing if you have to go badly. Asked for water with ice got luke warm water. Had to ask for a cup of ice separately. Minor things, but it's not the typical Rickis experience. I was disappointed and won't go again.

Pizza was not memorable, but I love the service and the place is good if you have kids since they hand out coloring materials while you wait.

The food is very regular, we ordered pasta Bolognesa, the truth is that it lacks more meat, it was pasta in Bolognese sauce but little meat, also a Hawaiian pizza, it had a strange taste, I thought it was the cheese, but no, the pineapple was damaged, we told the waiter and well, there wasn't much reaction, he just said that I talk to the kitchen, they discounted 7% of the account. But I will not come back I didn't like your food

Second time here and was disappointed the food was sub par to Airdrie Ricky's. My sausage tasted sour I had my wife cofirm for me and her Ginger bowl was poor with old rice and the vegetables were not cooked before introduced to the bowl. This is my wife go to always and she was very disappointed. My waffle and chicken strips were over cooked .

Can't recommend this place. Called in an simple order 2 breakfast bowls, straight off the menu, no substitions or changes. They forgot the eggs, that's a pretty major screw up for a breakfast place. Because I ordered take out, I didnt notice until I got home and returning to the restaurant to fix their mistake wasn't an option so I had to eat it. Called to complain and they wont pick up the phone. Im on a fixed income so eating out is a rare luxury and this Rickys really dropped the ball.
