Customer service was bad! As a waiter you should be reminding your customers about whats not included or what is or bringing fresh coffee not coffee thats been sitting all morning! If i wanted an iced coffee i could of went to starbucks! Also, over charging for cubed potatoes instead of shredded is ridicilous!! As a paying customer that should of been voided! Your mistake for not bringing that up when ordering! Thinking that was mandatory! Also gossping to other customers about another customers service is utterly unprofessional! Will not be going back! Lacking professionalism and customer service!

The food was yummy,I had chicken and waffles.Been a few times but I get chicken and waffles.

I had the classic breakfast at Ricky’s with chorizo sausage, which was good, but the potatoes were a bit too oily. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing — I wasn’t checked on during my meal and didn’t receive a coffee refill. Overall, the experience fell short, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Have nothing but positive things to say. I had the Wiseguy sandwich and was one of the best sandwiches I had. Very clean. Polite waiter.

Came for a early dinner with a friend. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean. The menu options were good. The server forgot to put bacon on my burger, and the gravy was chunky but still tasty, would eat here again!

Daniella was wonderful! Great attitude, lovely demeanor. Food wait time was a little long and it wasn't packed or a lineup out the door. Lots of empty seats, i would say 50% capacity at most. I wasn't in a rush in particular but I overheard another table talking about wait time.
