If your business is closed then marked it as a closed update it and also phone number is not working .we drove unnecessary 30 km . Totally ridiculous

Why did you close? It was so good!

1) 1 star for staff, not attentive at all we had to ask for water, plates everything there was no problem activeness neither the staff was available at the counter after serving us so for even smallest thing we had to get up ring the bell and request the item.

2) idli was not cooked well at all my 4 years old and my other 2 little nieces rejected it as it was half cooked.

3) sambhar had no salt and was cold.

4) we usually go to falcon location and expected similar service and food quality but we were disappointed.

5) simple french fries at falcon location is much different than this location upon asking server said yes because at falcon we get it from franchisor and here we buy it from wholesale lol! How is it possible to serve totally different product and quality under the same banner at 2 different location with very close proximity.

6) Upon showing displeasure to the male server he apologized and said “ I gave you the plates when you asked for it! Lol come on you gave us all the food but didn’t realize that we need plate to eat that food? Have you seen any restaurants where you need to ask for plates after receiving the food?

7) server did not charge us for idli and gave us 10% discount on our overall bill but that’s not the point here I appreciate his gesture but this could simply be have been avoided by being little bit more welcoming and pro active.

Overall we were disappointed to see the quality of of service going downhill at this location.

On May 20 at 11 am, we were the first and only people in there.No smile on arrival; inordinate time to wait for anyone to come to take order. One of us had to go and call the staff who took our order with a glum face.The entire experience was negative because of staff’s sour attitude.Hope all is well in their life and today was just a bad day.

Closed early then what it says online on google and while asking they hang up the phone very bad aervice

Worst.. had to give one star to put the review, the food here is visibly stale forget about the taste… taste is like bunch of chillies and believe me u cant swallow the 2nd bite.. save your time mind and money its YUCK YUCK

AHS warning !!! Went to this place on Sunday with family. All the food served was rotten and now after a day I can say that with conviction because every single member of our family has an upset stomach. The food smelled and tasted bad when we received it but we chose not to say anything. My mother is sick now, my wife is sick, my 8 year old daughter and 3 year old son including myself are all sick. AHS should shut this place down.
