Safari Lodge offers a pleasant dining experience with fair prices and better-than-expected food. The restaurant is known for its crispy chicken sandwiches with fries, which are a highlight. It is kid-friendly, featuring a playground and suitable seating for strollers, making it a great spot for families. Brunch is excellent, and recent visitors have praised the immaculate food and the friendly service, with staff like Kim noted for their attentiveness. The safari buffet is a fantastic addition for those visiting the nearby Calgary Zoo, providing a wide variety of delicious options to keep guests full. There are plenty of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, including amazing salad spreads, cheeses, fruits, and a fantastic chocolate fountain. The roast potatoes and live omelet station are also highly praised. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with comfortable seating, creating an overall fantastic experience for all.
