The staff were so friendly! Had breakfast there with a couple friends, my coffee cup was never empty, the food was quickly service and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy modern. Slightly noisy as it's next to the hotel lobby but not to noticeable.
Our waitress was so friendly and warm. I would return because the staff is so pleasurable to have
It was just ok, but won't rebooked. Appetizers came out at the same time as the food. Most of the food was ok tasting, but cold. The presentation was good. Service was ok, but a few times the server commented that the ‘food was pretty good for a hotel'. That didn't instil confidence.
We stayed at the Delta enroute to BC and were delighted to find this spot in the hotel. After 8 hrs on a tour bus , this was perfect. Good food, nut the usual run of the mill options. My cauliflower wings in honey garlic sauce were huge and delicious as was the sourdoughbread with whipped ricotta...more than enough for 2 people. The haddock with fries was also tasty. I would definitely stop here again.
Certainly not your regular hotel restaurant. Our server was kind and thoughtful. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The only down side was how long it took to get our food...approx 30 min. To be fair, it was quite a busy time and we may have arrived just as the kitchen was slammed with orders. We will be back!
had the Sage Classic for breakfast and it was delish. warm, friendly service - highly recommend

Our server was on her second shift, she worked hard and you can see she was trying her very best, based on that it is not fair to judge service. The food on the other hand was disappointing. Whipped ricotta tapas was tasteless, Brussels sprouts were over cooked and came to the table in crumbs, the cauliflower wings must have sat in oil for a while, the oil taste over powered the seasoning choice. This is our second attendance and will not be back for meals.

The food was great. There was definitely not enough staff!!! There was only two servers for the whole full restaurant
Was a nice little restaurant in a hotel lobby. We went at 1:30 so it wasn't busy. The booking page was misleading as it was showing food from the hotels other. The crispy cauliflower wings were really delicious. The tofu and spicy mushroom dip was not bad. The bartender was the server, and he did not hover, which we appreciated. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would go back.
It's easy because it's right in the hotel. Some staff were new and just learning.

Pleasantly surprised with Sage & Co. Was looking for some comfort food at a new restaurant and was not disappointed, a decent sized menu with lots of veggies/vegan options if you're into that. Food was great,I had the burger, only thing was the brioche buns were a bit too toasted but I was happy overall.
Would recommend if you're looking for an alternative to a pub or the classic OJs, Moxie's, Joey's franchises.
