I was looking for a nice lunch and found Sage & Co. on Google Maps. It’s inside the Delta Hotel, and despite the hotels concrete brutalist outside, it is bright and updated inside. A few steps through the lobby leads you into Sage & Co. an open bright restaurant. With seating that includes bar, high and low tables, and booths it is a welcoming atmosphere. I ate the beef dip and mixed greens along with the house white wine. The baguette is fresh, the meat is tender and the dip has a lovely hint of rosemary. Mixed greens have a nice acidic flavour with pickled onions and yummy cucumbers when cherry tomatoes. There could be more meat in the sandwich but it is still delicious. You can have a conversation with your lunch mates as the music is soft and quiet enough to hear each other. Come on by and give it a try!
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get from the hotel lobby into the restaurant with lots of room for movement between tables.

I'm not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from? Probably a bot. We went to Sage and Co for valentine's day based on the many 5 star reviews and the food was just absolutely devoid of flavour. I don't know how that's even possible. The only small hint of flavour came out of a well aged cube of tuna in my poke bowl. Was dissatisfied to that point and that cube of tuna ended the meal for me. We pulled the pin and didn't bother wasting our time and money on dessert. This place is not a 5 by any stretch.

I had the Butter Chicken. It was the spiciest I've ever had anywhere.
Dietary restrictions: They had a number of gluten free options
Parking: The frontlot is usually pretty full, but if you drive along the side of the building( by Southland Drive) to the back, there are plenty of spots to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are booths and high tables. I didn't notice any standard hight tables where a wheelchair could be pushed up to. Maybe phone and ask if that is needed.

I was at this restaurant 4 times during my two night stay at the Delta Hotel. I had two meals and two snacks from this business; I dealt with 4 different employees (3 females & 1 male) all were absolutely awesome. Our last server Sara was exceptionally kind. I would totally recommend to all my friends. Service was excellent and food was also amazing 👍🏽

Staff complaining openly about how much they hate working there right next to our table. Pizza was mediocre and flavourless. Took 10 minutes of waiting to be seated for the staff to notice there was someone waiting to be seated.
This bartender was swamped with work tonight and worked quickly with each person and was still able to work in a good conversation with each person showing a real care for his job.

With so few good breakfast places in the area we had high hopes for this place and went to breakfast for my birthday. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. We probably should have sent it back so they could try and fix it but we are not big on confrontation so we just ate what we could and left. We were also not the only ones, the table behind us sent food back. Looking at the reviews our experience seems abnormal and may not be representative. Perhaps somthing has changed in the kitchen, hopfully they can sort it out.
