With the reply, this is re occurring issue here. The team never seem to have enough hands , they often seem panicked and overwhelmed. This is the third time at this location because it’s close to work but every time over 1/2 the tables are covered in dishes , and glassware. This isn’t a first time.. also there seemed to be more staff in today then normal (3 people ) usually there’s 1-2

Best pho broth I've found in Calgary, really fast service and the staff are attentive and kind. Never had an order come out incorrect and I've eaten here and ordered out dozens of times. They have had Christmas decorations out as long as I've been coming here, which I find hilarious and charming. This place rules.

You just have to try chicken satay soup. OMG so good!!!
I have eaten here a few times and the food has always been good. I preorder a few dishes for 6:15 and arrived a few minutes early. I gave my name and paid (+tip). I waited and waited. After the watching several people get their takeout ahead of me, I gave my name again and asked if they could check on my order. I didn’t ever get a response. After waiting 45 min and seeing several takeout orders being given out to people that showed up much later than me, I reached my limit an asked for my money back from the same waiter that I asked to check on my order. No apology for wasting 50 min. Just handed me the machine and didn’t say a thing. While the food is good and I would have considered myself a regular, I will never come back. Life is too short to give your money and time to people that could care less about your experience.

I visited today at 12:30 PM. It's a cold day outside and almost as cold in the restaurant. Very cold in here. They need to turn up the heat. Very uncomfortable it is so frickin cold in here!!! Don't be so cheap and turn up the heat. Even the staff are wearing winter coats inside.🥶🥶🥶

Food was extremely tasty. Just didn't like that food came out one at a time with one of, out of three, didn't get her soup for at least 5 min. after we got meals.

Been going here for the past 3 months and I LOVE this place. Any time my family or friends ask me if I know a place to get Pho, I don't hesitate to take them here. 5 minutes from my house and they never disappoint! The servers know me at this point - 10/10
