I’m always surprised by how quiet this place is. Maybe a hidden gem? It’s always so clean too - a rare thing downtown! Staff is friendly and fast. Bring your laptop, order a flavoured drip coffee, and stay for a while.

Was at this library a couple weeks ago and I just felt hot that day. I had one of their ice creams dipped in chocolate and it was so good. The chocolate was so thick and just really good. I was so glad this place was there.

Its a nice place to chill on a weekend morning when it's not too busy (until the bindlestiffs start showing up around). Prices are obviously high but the place is cleaner than a timwinder hortons for sure.

I have office near by. Second cup Is my most first when i come by after office. I am fan of strawberry smoothie and iced carrot loaf ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️my fav. Ishita is my loving fav person i want to encounter too. She is really appealing and have sweet smile which please the environment

Terrible experience. The two lady/maybe girls working there were more busy talking between themselves instead of talking the other. The only reason I went there because tim hortons was closed. The creamer jug was empty and by the time they brought the refill,my coffee was cold. Absolute nuisance. Like you guys had four customers in the store why do we have to receive so many incompetence?

I was deeply dissatisfied with my recent order from your franchise. Our order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, and after the first 45 mins, I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update as to where our order was. After the 5th or 6th attempt, I finally heard back from the store saying that they don’t accept delivery requests online (the Second Cup website), and I had to use Door Dash or Skip. This is fine, but the website shouldn’t have allowed me to choose a location that does not participate in said delivery. I asked about how I could go about getting a refund, and I was told to contact the Second Cup head office directly. I phoned twice, and never got through.
To my surprise, after 2.5 hours, I got a text saying that our order was on its way. Once it showed up, the drinks were terribly underwhelming. One latte tasted extremely burnt/bitter, and another was super sweet (asked for half sweet). The one that was super sweet was supposed to be completely plant based as I have a dairy allergy as stated in the order, however, I had an allergic reaction to the beverage.
I am not one to complain as I spent several years working as a barista in the past, but this service was appalling. Not to mention, we paid $30 for 3 poorly made drinks. I will not be ordering from Second Cup going forward.
