The food options were meh. The service was also meh being right across from the University you'd think the service would be a little better there was only 1 other person there and it still took 15 mins to get our food which was spring rolls and a hotdog but the idea of the restaurant is super cool and the price to play the games is really decent im pretty sure it was 10 bucks for an hour but we didn't have time to take advantage of the games that day pretty kool spot...
The owner is a lovely man who provides great customer service, but there are many things he needs to do to improve the business.
There is one small fan for the entire store. There needs to be air conditioning as there is a pizza store next door and a lot of electronics running. I recently visited Super Smash Café for the first time while in town from BC, and I had a fantastic experience! The space is well-organized with a great variety of games to choose from, all at very reasonable prices. Armando (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) was an excellent host—super friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The food was also a pleasant surprise, really tasty and satisfying.
