We love all the food here and the fact it’s all gluten free makes it so much more amazing! The fish and chips is definitely our favourite!

We really liked this place, the food was delicious, the view was great and the fact that is entirely gluten free was amazing as my daughter and I don't tolerate gluten at all... we had no issues whatsoever, I get symptoms the very next day and when we ate there I had no problems at all

Great food better staff. Dont miss out on their exquisite lemons, they have been particularly sublime as of late.
Tables were dirty. Food was missing ingredients listed on the menu. Were out of decaf coffee when I asked. Food was nice enough though. Very confusing on how to actually get into the restaurant, you have to go through the athletic club.
I didn't want to leave a bad review however I called Selia Bar multiple times and left messages for management but my calls were not returned.
Our order consisted of fish & chips (fries upgraded to onion rings), cowboy burger and hush puppies.
I'll start with the fish and chips. Unless you enjoy chewing on brown rubber elastic bands don't order because that is essentially what you'll be getting. I upgraded my fries to onion rings because I have been craving them for a while. For $3 I got 6 tiny crunchy onion rings. Now these were not nice, crispy and delicious. These were hard, overcooked crunchy and tasted like they were cooked in old or super low quality oil. The tarter sauce that came with the meal was ok.
Moving on to the cowboy burger. Save your $24, go to the grocery story, by some meat and make your own. There was nothing special about this burger to warrant the price aside from the bottles of barbecue sauce they doused it in. We couldn't bite through the bacon. It was like a super thick brown, elastic, rubber band. The burger came with a side of fries which, again were nice and crispy. Instead, they were a bit undercooked and slightly mushy.
Lastly, the Hush puppies which are oversized timbits. I don't particularly enjoy week old grocery store cake that has sat out on the counter uncovered but if you do this is the perfect desert for you. They were so dry I literally had to choke my bite down. The caramel sauce that was included was good but steer clear of the chocolate, it tastes like a chemical smoothie.

We came in last night for the third time and overall our experience was ok.
Our server Kristin was great, she said she was new and we were impressed by her work ethic.
Everything other than the service was terrible. Many items on the menu weren’t even available and when we did order our food took over an hour to come out. Our server was very apologetic and it was clearly a kitchen issue.
There was a guy bartending who did nothing, he was talking to a girl at the bar and didn’t do anything to help the servers, we also mentioned to our server how we had noticed him the entire night and couldn’t believe his behaviour while the two girl servers were running around.
Food was good when we finally got it.
Overall we might come back but maybe not for a while.

Fully gluten free menu which is hard to find and not having to worry about cross contamination for those who are celiac. Service was just alright but can’t complain when they only have one server working the restaurant patio and pool side. A little pricey but worth it to be able to eat foods you normally wouldn’t be able to find 100% gluten free

Amazing gluten free offerings! The onion rings are genuinely better than most gluten containing one I've had before having to cut gluten out of my life. The poutine was so much bigger than expected and the gravy was top notch, quite rich but I won't complain because usually it's the opposite problem! Cannot wait to come back, this time in comfortable pants.

Wonderful little gem in the NW. We are celiac family and it was an absolute bonus that the menu is completely gluten free.....without compromising on taste at all! Gluten eaters rejoice- there is a place where your non gluten peeps can eat, but you will enjoy it just as much!! I just need to come and try out the smoothie bar on my next visit! Thanks Selia Bar for a great dining experience!
