When to the rooftop for a birthday dinner. The view was lovely as well as the decor and the vibe. Our server was relatively new as she struggled to stay on top of all her tables, but she had a great personality. Our drink wait times were a little long, but she was apologetic. The oysters were delicious, but could have been cleaned a little better. The pizza was delicious and fresh with wonderful flavours!

Expect to spend time calculating your portion of the bill with your party as the waitress tells you she’s too lazy to split the bills up, as was made obvious prior to seating.
Expect to order one drink and receive a completely different one, with the waiter giving a dispassionate “okay” once made aware of it before walking away with no intention to return.
Expect that same waiter to charge you for the wrong drink at the end of it all, instead of the one you had to remind him twice of before to correct.
I would’ve been into it purely for the entertainment aspect if I went into it knowing to expect brutal service.
Fortunately, the hostess seemed like a gem in the rough of waiters and waitresses

I went to this place for a party. It was clean the food was amazing. But the people working there were very judgmental and talked about everyone that came through. It was very uncomfortable. This place would be amazing if the people know how to treat the guests. I would not go here again but, would order the food to take home.

My friend and I went to the rooftop patio for some drinks and appetizers. We were very excited, it was our first time coming here. The experience was awful.. the food was disappointing.. but the margarita was very good. Our server ignored us, the only time she came to our table was when we ordered our drinks. We have been done eating for at least 30 minutes and she still hasn’t came over.. the avocado ceviche was salsa with avocado on top not at all what the menu said. The nachos were very plain for the price. It’s the cute patio in a very nice location but sadly since the service was so terrible we will not be back.

Best ambience in the whole East Village, the *only* place to go if you want to enjoy a cold drink and some sunshine. Definitely coming back.
The view is lovely, but it was extremely hot 34C day and there are no umbrellas for shade. Service was poor and drinks were expensive with no happy hour prices or features. We booked for a birthday and the staff did not acknowledge. Left after 40 mins.

Terrible service. It was a blazing hot day and we were served warm water after seated for 10 mins, then we asked for ice and then 15 mins later we had to call over our server to take our DRINK order. He kept disappearing and we had to constantly wave him over throughout the evening. The food was extremely overpriced for what you get. Honestly, such an incredible disappointment. Absolutely will not recommend or return. Oh, and they are unable to split bills amongst different groups in a party. Would be nice if you mentioned that in the beginning. But, how hard is it to split bills?? I don’t experience this with many other restaurants now a days.It was also a special birthday and they brought out 4 dinky churros for a party of 9 people. Like c’mon!!

I went to Rooftop for the atmosphere and that I had previously gone before. I was throwing my sister a surprise party, which I had mentioned to my server in the beginning. Our server was nice, but not very present. She rarely came to the table to top up water and rarely asked if we needed more drinks. Additionally to this service experience our server had partially ruined a surprise, by announcing it to the whole table.The manager was however, very understanding and provided us an additional bottle as an apology for the service. Thank you for that!I was not impressed with the service of our server. I wouldn’t recommend coming for large party’s or any sort of surprise parties.

We visited on the weekend. We asked if we could sit in the riverside seat, but we sat in a different seat when we answered that it was not for two. But the other two were guided to the spot. Also, beer was served in cans without glasses. In contrast, other customers were given glass.I don't want to go through this disappointing experience again.
