Wrong order, asked for it to be corrected, not credited, we were hung up on by the manager, “Jemima”, and one of us doesn’t have supper. We were also told it was impossible that our order was wrong. 🤷🏻♀️
Absolute worst service i have ever had in my life, spent 72$ to get home and find out all our burgers are wrong, so after calling and getting ready for a family movie night in our pajamas, to be told oh just come back and we will make u a new order for free ( we already paid, soooo how is it free? What?. Asked to talk to a supervisor, transferred and lady says my supervisor is not here, and then says manager is not here , and then hangs up on me , says we have an angry customer...read full review
