This is my new favourite chinese bbq place, the young guy that works there/owns it was super informative and gave awesome customer service. The quality of their meats is really great too, I love that their lunchbox special also comes with a bit of steamed cabbage and ginger scallion dip. I also love their made in-house sour plumb iced tea! Will definitely be coming here more often.

I previously came here when it was Wai's BBQ before they changed their name. Ordered 2 lunchboxes with rice and cabbage and 2 meats for $14 each, add extra $1 if you get roast duck. For my choices I picked crispy pork and soy chicken, and crispy pork and roast duck. Service was good but the food was such a let down! There was very little meat overall, and mostly bones on the duck, and the crispy pork looked like it was overcooked as it was dry and chewy in places and quite dark in colour. I'm disappointed as I really wanted to support a small local business but not when I'm left feeling ripped off for takeout food. So disappointing! For $4 more I can get full dine in service at Suns BBQ with hot soup and better portion size.

Debit and cash only! Prices were a little expensive, but not bad. Wasn't knock-your-socks-off good, but fairly decent. They did give quite a bit for their portions. If you get the 雙拼 (Two-Topping) combo box with 燒鴨 (roast duck), it's an extra $1. It's a store run by a mom & her son. Nice people.

Ordered food for pickup but when I got to the restaurant the order hadn’t gone through. The staff were very apologetic and made sure to start my order right away. They also offered me a smoked plum sweet tea drink to have while I waited which was delicious. The food was great, I especially liked the ginger and onion mix that came along with it. Everything was very flavorful and tasty.

This shop is very ordinary, just a takeaway shop. The barbecued pork was very dry and hard, not tasty, and the sausage was average, not as delicious as the Instagram said. The only advantage is that the price is not bad, you can eat a lot for 14 yuan.

I dislike giving 1 stars but I have to because I saw a tik tok video about this place and how delicious their lunch boxes were
My roosted pork and duck is completely dry. I saw the attendant grab a fresh piece of roosted pork and duck from the warmer display but he ended using other trimmings on his cutting board, I clearly saw him use a different one than what he grabbed.
So delicious it is promising to return again and again! Honestly , so good that we drive two hours to go and pick up our order. We buy bulk in multiple of their items (roce wraps, wo tons, shrimp dimplings, Sui mai** are our favorites!!) and we enjoy as a family throughout the week. It is wonderful to freeze and they are so wholesome delicious healthy and we love.It is truly a traditional meals.Traditional snacks that comes from the home.And heart.
Kid-friendliness: My little ones love their sticky rice, dimplings, wonton, duck..etc pretty much everyhting ! The flavours are perfetc and not over bearing, we share with our friends who are picky eaters and it is not out of norm tastes, its true pleasurable for eveyone and any palette!

Their sign says they take cash and debit only but they are willing to take credit card if you pay a small fee.

The takeout from this place is solid. They offer BBQ duck, BBQ pig, and more. I recently tried the crispy BBQ duck, and it surpassed my expectations, even compared to other spots in Calgary. Looking forward to returning to sample the BBQ pig next time.
