Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House - Beacon Hill

I’m putting a review of their business online. This is what I said; Busyness may soon end your business. I was humiliated being asked to leave and make room for other people after our group had eaten our meals and coffee’s spending over $70 and were visiting just over an hour and 20 minutes. This does not have the appearance of a fast food establishment. A table cleaner asked our party to leave the restaurant and though we were winding up this unpleasant experience will not entice me back. If the demand for our table was so urgent a manager should’ve offered our table a certificate towards our next visit, if they had wanted to accommodate a lineup. However it was put upon a table cleaning attendant to ask us to leave. Your lack in Business etiquette could end your busyness. I will not recommend your business

Food was delicious, service was quick & exactly has I ordered. Justice my server was very pleasant & polite!

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Our utensils were dirty. Server brought us new ones but they were also dirty. They had food and finger prints on them. When we complained the owner blamed his staff and said he would give them an extra 5 mins to make sure they are clean. He didn’t seem to really care. It was a terrible experience. I was sick for 2 days from eating there. I won’t go back. This was at the saint john, Lancaster location.

We have had great experiences here but this time it seemed too busy and our service was very slow and inattentive. We waited over 10 minutes before someone came to the table to get a beverage order. We were almost ready to leave. Food came out in a reasonable time, about 20 minutes but a few servers that were not our server walked past without offering coffee refill while they had a coffee pot.
We weren’t mad but rather disappointed
Things happen but what was more disappointing was I sent my comments to Stacked and was emailed I would be contacted in 24 hours. 4 days later I emailed the email address they told me to email info didn’t get a response and still no response.
There are many good breakfast places but great places are defined by how they handle concerns.

We love Moggie! Always wonderful service and a beautiful personality. We go out of our way to come to Stacks just to see her :)

Diner atmosphere and staff has been very friendly. I've only had the breakfast special (before 9am weekdays) and it has been great.
