I ordered a drink and asked specifically for coconut milk instead of milk as I am lactose intolerant. When I got my drink it had regular milk.

Three workers working on a Sunday during christmas time. They all had absolutely no sense of urgency and it took us fifteen minutes to get our drink when there was a total of three other customers waiting for their order. When we ordered, the cashier was definitely not trained in customer service whatsoever and also slid the drinks to us without calling the name or making eye contact. My drink was half cold foam half drink, took about four sips of pure cold foam and yet it was still half and half. See photo below. Yes, the drink came with the cold foam and I’ve gotten many drinks before with cold foam, but in the end it’s not what i’m paying for and shouldn’t be the majority of the drink. Definitely recommend going to the Country Hills Starbucks rather than here.

Extremely cold. Its end of November and I am unable to feel comfortable inside the Starbuck's due to the temperature being FREEZING!!

They double charged me for a reload. I was charged over 50 dollars twice. When I went back in to get refunded after speaking with the manager he said he was unable to refund me and did not have an option to do that. I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and they said they would have to escalate the matter which would take 3-5 business days. I had to provide proof that I had been charged twice for the reload. Then they said if they deemed they were at fault they would mail me a check in 30-35 business days.

I would be careful reloading your Starbucks card if you are not paying cash. If they double charged you then you will have a hard time getting your money back. Starbucks has turned into a company I can no longer support. With the price of drinks alone it's no longer worth it.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Starbucks District. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. My drink wasn’t made correctly, and when I asked about it, the response felt dismissive instead of helpful. The tables were messy, and it took a while before anyone cleaned them up. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really needs to improve on customer service and cleanliness.

Went through the drive thru and didn't look at my drink beforehand or I would have asked for it to be redone. It taste like water, has things floating in it. For a $6 I'd expect it to be made properly. The second photo is how the drink is supposed to be.
