Went through the Drive thru this morning. Was running late for work but Kailia (cute blonde haired girl) working at the drive thru window at 10 AM, was such a delight. As I was waiting for my coffee; I’m usually anxious to get going but she calmed me right down by asking how my day was and what are my plans. The customer service here has always impressed me here and it keeps impressing me.

The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 star for the food is because my caramel macchiato was a bit watery. But I understand perhaps there are some trainies still learning the techniques. Regardless; I’ll keep returning to this Starbucks cause the customer service is unbearable. Well done guys and gals.

I've been visiting this location every day since September, and I received several gift cards from my students' parents, so I thought, why not?

I keep forgetting to ask for her name, but there's a wonderful lady with a hijab who makes my coffee and hands it to me at the front each morning. She is absolutely amazing and really brightens up my day! However, this week she has been away, which is totally okay. The staff filling in have been nice, but I’ve run into an issue.

Since September, I’ve been ordering a Grande coffee in my Yeti mug, but this entire week, my mug has only been filled halfway, even without whipped cream. Today, December 5, the same thing happened. After asking for a fix from Monday to Wednesday, I decided not to mention it today. Instead, I went to another location to order a Grande mocha for comparison.

Unfortunately, I discovered that I've been getting shortchanged, which is disappointing, especially considering the coffee costs over $6 per day. I've attached photos to show what I mean, so you can see I'm not making this up. I am unable to post the video exactly showing the comparison but if the manager can reach out to me, that would be great to send to you.

It's sad that I may have to start going to another location, as this one is so convenient for me on my way to drop my son off at daycare and then to work.

I’m not sure what can be done to ensure that customers who bring their personal cups aren’t shorted just because they’re using their own containers. But completely disappointed.

I always stop by, and it was a great experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and a clean, well-kept space. The staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcome as soon as I walked in.

My order was prepared quickly and was just perfect. The coffee was brewed just right, and the flavor was spot on—exactly what I needed! I also appreciated the variety of snacks and bakery items available, which made it easy to grab a little something extra to go with my drink.

Overall, this location delivered everything I expect from Starbucks: quality coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and fantastic service. Glad I live here so I got to experience this every time.

Girls at the front desk were too inept to give my food delivery driver my entire order even after the driver clarified whether that was everything. When I drove over there myself to pick it up, instead of handing me the order they point over to the other end of the counter and say “its there,” while they all stand in a circle chatting. Weird behaviour

The employee didn't even bother to put the lid on properly! Luckily for me I ALWAYS lift my coffees to make sure the lid is secure, it wasn't even on! The coffee spilt everywhere! (Whoch means it would have spilt all over you! [So Luckily they get to clean up the mess they made]) but then the coffee starts leaking out if the bottom of the cup! Like my gawd, I never go to this Starbucks for my coffees! You shouldn't either! They're a has-been outfit coasting off a name.

Had to wait for 1 hour to get my order.
The baristas and the manager, Eila, looked extremely bothered that I asked about my missing order and they didn’t bother to check. Will never go back to this location.

I’ve been to this location for almost 4 years. Overall experience was extremely well including service and drinks. Thank youToday, i’ve gone through a drive-through, an employee was too busy talking or not focused , never said hi, and didnt hear customer order. Instead of learning to ask: could you please repeat the order? I had to repeat my order 3 times and all i wanted was a venti lavender cream oat matcha tea latte no iced.Then i pulled up to the window to pay, never a hi, dirty look, standing behind the wall started to trashed talk with another employee and then that employee started to look at me with dirty look like she also wanted a discussion as well.Lesson to rude employee: if picking up a sunday shift makes you unhappy,Maybe finding a job that don’t require you to front facing customer would be more appropriate. Why would you want to work through drive/through, but you refuse to listen to the order through the speaker? Where is your manner?To Starbucks, Management at this location, and to Nicole shift supervisor: skills training is absolutely required for this job. After your customer is facing this rude employee, maybe you will need manners skill training so your employees can learn not to trash talk customers, learn to focus when people are talking through the drive-through speaker so customers don’t have to repeat. if your employee can’t hear, customer gotta repeat multiple times for 1 order, how efficient is this person at their job? Now customer is getting all the treatment like trashtalk, no hi, no bye, and rolled eyes and show the attitude. How many of these behaviours been shown to customers and no one cares to report to you?That is unacceptable for a front facing customer store and especially a brand like Starbucks.Result: thank you for the past 4 years, of course, i will not come back, why would i want to spend money where i feel unwanted.Thank you

Usually I have incredible service here, but the past two times I have come to this location have been quite disappointing. The first time they gave me the completely wrong drink, which I didn't complain about because I'm really not that picky and mistakes happen. Then today, I got the correct drink but the lid was not on at all and it popped off and spilt in my car plus I found a hair the the lavender cold foam. I don't know if something has changed because this is the first time I have ever had a problem with this location but with these two instances in the past week I would rather go out of my way now to go to the coventry hills location now.
