Went through the drive thru and didn't look at my drink beforehand or I would have asked for it to be redone. It taste like water, has things floating in it. For a $6 I'd expect it to be made properly. The second photo is how the drink is supposed to be.

I used to go to this location on my lunch daily to grab a coffee. The last few months this location has gone down hill so bad! The wait times are longer, The staff are not at friendly and the quality of the drink is horrible now. It never tastes the same twice and its very rarely even good enough to drink. Needless to say I have stopped going to this location and wasting $7 on a drink that is too gross to drink.

Went through the Drive thru this morning. Was running late for work but Kailia (cute blonde haired girl) working at the drive thru window at 10 AM, was such a delight. As I was waiting for my coffee; I’m usually anxious to get going but she calmed me right down by asking how my day was and what are my plans. The customer service here has always impressed me here and it keeps impressing me.

The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 star for the food is...
