I was so excited for my favourite christmas drinks, the eggnog latte and chestnut praline latte. I don't think this location ever got the chestnut praline and it only had eggnog in stock for about 2 weeks. Huge disappointment for a loyal starbucks customer.

I previously gave a 5-star review but I had to edit it because of a few negative experiences as of late. On Red Cup Day, I checked on my app to make sure that if I ordered delivery, I still got a free cup, and since it said I did, I ordered a Christmas coffee at 8:00 a.m (well before they would have run out of cups) and did not receive a cup. Then a couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Venti Chestnut Praline Latte, and only after driving away, I realized that my cup was only half full. I double-checked that I had ordered a Venti and I had.

Don’t write reviews at all really. But the service was horrible in the little span of 5 minutes we were inside.

Took our little guy Ace to get a pup cup a couple hours before he’s laid to rest. White lady working around 4:30 PM among a staff of 3 on December 12 was very adamant about kicking him out into the -20 weather, so much so as to come around the counter to come tell us again in the 10 seconds it took for the other staff member to get the pup cup to us. Was not dining in, whatsoever.

Her response “I’m just doing my job.” Oh well.

Anytime I say please add light ice they never do.. so stingy with their drinks.. doesn’t matter what size I ask for they still always overfill it with ice.

I’m not usually a complainer but I think Starbucks have really gone downhill IMO. It’s not welcoming or homey anymore like they used to be. Not sure if it’s cause other places have better atmospheres or if it’s just degraded over time and Starbucks is not as nice. Still a decent place for a coffee but not to chill like it used to be

I went to this location to ask for a cup of iced cold water because I had a freshly busted lip and needed ice. I wasn’t able to eat or drink anything since my lip was bleeding, but they still refused and told me I had to make a purchase first. I found this very disappointing, as offering water in a situation like that should be basic courtesy.

I came by on Sept. 21st around 2:45pm, and I just have to say - Rachel, you’re the kindest person I’ve ever encountered at a drive-thru. Honestly, it was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you :)

This location has been suffering from what appears to be staffing and motivation issues for a while, but after waiting 22 minutes for my daughter's small Strawberry Frap in line, inside the location, I'll be avoiding this location like the plague! 22 minutes for any drink, in any environment is well beyond acceptable, especially when they hand you your food items in under 3 minutes. Whatever the issue is, management, internal design, whatever, they need to get on-top of it asap if they expect any patrons to continue using this location.
