The drinks were up to standard, and the atmosphere was generally pleasant.
However, there were a couple of things that could have been better. While we were enjoying our time, we noticed a large hairball on the floor, which was a bit off-putting. What made it worse was when a staff member started sweeping right near our feet—it felt pretty rude and disrupted the vibe. It would’ve been nicer if the cleaning had been done more discreetly. Otherwise, the visit wasn’t terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Kudos to the team this morning (930 shift). Came in to start my morning and listening to the interactions between the staff and customers came in really warmed my heart. I had a crappy night so this definitely cheered me up. They are so polite, professional and kind. I spoke to the manager to compliment the great atmosphere she has made. Little things like this definitely make a difference. I strongly recommend coming to this location.

The drinks are good, and have historically enjoyed going there and dealing with the staff. But this morning we went and found that the washroom was in bad shape (dirty). Again normally good but this is a very important part of my Starbucks experience.

I had a very bad experience today at this location. I bought a banana loaf and asked the cashier not to warm it up, then a guy who has long hair and wears a pony tale throws the banana loaf on the counter and it’s warm. I asked them to change because I specifically said not to warm it up, he takes the banana loaf and puts a horrible expression and says “Jesus Christ”. I felt disrespected and kind of discriminated by this person. I see that they change orders all the time, without any complaints but when I requested something to be change ( because they made a mistake on my order) and they act extremely rude. I am a frequent customer at this location because is near my house but I wish they open another Starbucks in the area, because I do not want to visit this location again. Extremely disrespectful attitude from his staff.

Really unfortunate to watch them favour the drive through. Had waited 15 minutes or more with maybe three people on the inside this morning all waiting for food and drinks and watched car after car go through the drive through. I usually go through the drive through but there was a huge line up and figured inside would be better but ended up taking longer then the huge line up of cars outside.

I had an excellent experience at the Starbucks in Beddington Towne Centre. The drink I ordered was crafted to perfection, exactly as I wanted it. The coffee cakes were absolutely delicious, the perfect complement to my drink. The barista who served me was exceptionally pleasant and added a bright note to my visit. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a consistently great Starbucks experience!

I come here often and all of the staff inside and in drive thru are so sweet they'll always chat and make sure your order is good :)
Slow, and 80% of the time either mess up the order or can't make it properly.
Was able to log into google, set up 2FA and still make this review while waiting 10 min for a latte, when there's 6 people working and 1 making drinks.
Also wouldn't give me a drink on my bday because I don't want to use their apyware app, the only location that's done this.

Met a rude Cashier lady this morning. I ordered mocha cookie crumble frappucino, I said it 2x. Then the other girl gave me my order, caramel frappucino. I told her it's wrong order, then she asked me to go back to the cashier and tell her. Also, she asked me to keep the caramel frappucino, but I refused.
Then I went back to that rude lady and told her I got the wrong order. She told me that she asked me 3 times if I would like to order caramel frappucino. She lied about that, she just asked me once and I repeated again my order " mocha cookie crumble frappucino".
After that, she entered again my order and asked me to pay. I told her that I paid for the wrong order. Then she deducted my total amount with caramel frappucino and asked me to pay the difference. Because I felt annoyed with her attitude since the beginning, I told I will pay this bill and asked her to cancel the bill that I paid earlier ( as I gave $2 tip that's she shouldn't get). She said she can't do that. I paid for it.
Congratulation starbuck you hired a great cashier that's gòing to make your business go down the hill.

We always love to buy at any starbucks location but on this location we will not come here again. Your staff are rude. You should train your people on their customer service. This is the first time that we encounter that. throwing the tray for drinks on the counter top instead of giving it to you. i also saw the finger touches the rim of the matcha drinks.
Hope next time they will learn how the proper customer service. They will ruin the brand of starbucks

First, they handed me a watered down cold brew accompanied by a full cup of ice. I asked them what the drink was because it isn't a cold brew. The dude in the drive thru keeps arguing with me that it is how they make that drink? Really? I order the same drink over and over again at this store and others. Not once did it look like piss water mixed with a little cream. Cold brew black. It isn't hard to get it right. And if you screw up, don't argue with a guy that has the same damn drink every day!!!!! I know my cold brew, and I know that piss of an ice water drink isn't a damn cold brew. The remake was correct, but the loser at the drive thru obviously has no damn clue what he is talking about when he keeps arguing with me that the first one was correctly made.

I love this location, the staff are so friendly and I love that they greet you at the drive through speaker it's not just 'what can I get for you' I love that I'm reminded to slow down and greet them back and hope you feel validated and acknowledged as they are doing great work dealing with the volume at this location! Thanks for being great, the coffee dependant appreciate you!
My good girlfriend has a long standing repeat order and they are conscientious to ask her for her extras when ever we come, super thoughtful and considerate! Y'all are doing an amazing job!
