I'm The Best

Very friendly staff at this location, especially Zena.
She is alwasy welcoming customers with bright smile. Her customer service was the best that I have ever had.
Last time when I had hard time on transfering all my accts balance to one gift card, not only she was helping me out without hesitation, also she took her extra time to sort issues out and advise me how to prevent the potential issue in the future.

This location doesn't participate in the loyalty program, so you can't earn or redeem points here. Drinks came out fast though and there are nice sitting areas inside and outside. Would come here for the convenience factor and as a place to catch up with people, but would not come here if you go to Starbucks frequently and want to optimize your spending.

I visited on red cup day, ordered hot chocolate (eligible for cup redemption per Starbucks website). Despite payment, no red cup was provided. Inquiring about it, the staff, struggling with English, ambiguously indicated I would get it later. At pickup, the cup was still absent. Noting this, I encountered another staff with language barriers again. The manager came out and asserted hot chocolate wasn't part of the red cup promotion. Despite showing the qualifying list, she insisted only peppermint hot chocolate qualified. Eventually, I got the cup, but I urge Starbucks to ensure staff awareness of eligible drinks. Today's service left me disappointed and unsatisfied.

No where to charge your phone or laptop. Cannot order ahead in the app. The washroom needs a passkey. Not a true Starbucks.

People(especially manager i think) don’t understand English which I am ok with it but they should at least know what vegan means! Asked if they have the vegan bagel she couldn’t answer or didn’t even know what vegan was. Also ordered bagel with butter but got charged for cream cheese. It is just not fitting Starbucks quality unfortunately. Especially when a lot of people have allergies to everything these days, gotta train food handler better. Their attitude was nice tho.

Staff is very friendly, and drinks are normal Starbucks quality joe despite it not being a corporately owned shop. Being a franchise you can’t redeem points and free drinks etc. or order ahead, but that seems to just make it less busy than a normal ‘Bucks, which I like for a quick coffee run.

Don't go to this Starbucks if you want to redeem a birthday coffee. Apparently they can't go that. How can you be 1/2 of a Starbucks?It was a convenient location but I won't go again because why give to them if they don't give back.

Running errands, rainy day and riding transit, I walked into the Glenmore Landing Starbucks where young women behind the counter had noticed my disarray and gifted me with a complimentary coffee. Very sweet, very kind ..... and much appreciated.

Just needed a quick coffee while doing a round of errands in the area and stopped here. They don't have a drive through, which makes the pace of things at this location a bit less frenetic than others, and there's always been a very laid-back ambience here. The coffee was great and the staff very friendly.
