I work at the building so I've been to this Starbucks for more than 3 years, however yesterday was my last visit and not anymore. I redeemed 100 stars for an ice green tea and was adding some matcha powder and foam in there. After a few sips I was sure I tasted mint instead of matcha so I went back. Instead of making me the drink I ordered, they added some more matcha foam in there and asked me to taste it. Of course when I tasted it in front of the barista, the matcha foam tasted fine so I left. Then the next sip tasted exactly minty again so I realized they returned the wrong drink to me with just matcha foam on top. I threw it. How much it costs to replace a wrong drink?? When a customer tells you the drink is wrong, you don't even want to correct it. This attitude is very wrong. I have many other options in this price arrange in the area and I'm sure I'm not coming back. You probably won't even care about one less customer and please do not comment back with any explanation.

Good location but was super busy when we visited. Service is good as they were fast enough. Seating area is limited however, it is inside a mall which has a good food court at the top floor and plenty of seating.

Nice Macchiato even though it's not just a hint or splash of milk but the flavor of espresso is there. So it's better than latte/cappuccino since it's not gonna be just milk taste when you want to taste of espresso

Pikes coffee was super weak here at 12:50pm. Never ever had bad coffee at Starbucks. Dishwasher coffee taste
Love ❤️me some Starbucks! Just went in for a lemonade as it was still warm out. But I was happy to see their fall, pumpkin flavors were back! I ended up getting an Iced Pumpkin Chai latte,it was delicious! 😋 Even though it was busy, the staff were quick and helpful. Great location! 🍁🍂❤️

Worst Starbucks ever.
I was wondering if I could go to the washroom before buying a drink but I didn’t know where it’s. There’s no customer in line, just one customer asking questions before head, so I think that I could ask for help too. I know working is hard, so I waited, but the full-bodied blond hair woman was having eyes contact with me for a several times, every time when I tried to speak, she just looked to the other sides. I don’t know what’s happening to her in her life, but I think it’s impolite to do so. Luckily I got help from the other staff, but I decided not to buy a drink from this Starbucks.

She always makes my salted caramel cold brew perfectly where the other staff does not, she even goes out of her way to ensure the other staff know how to make it!. I usually wont order if she is not working. All Star of this location!!! From your fan Vanessa!!
