How is no one talking about the comedy nights here?We paid $5 each and the performers just kept coming like they were parked in a clown car behind the front desk. Definitely delivered more than free/cheap comedy nights at other spots in the city.Come prepared with cash because they don't take cards, but $50 is enough for a date night with comedy and a couple of rounds. Good atmosphere, nothing fancy but there's plenty to look at and GREAT music to warm up the room.Can't wait...read full review

This was my first visit there. Attended a metal show with local bands from Alberta....Shout out to my buddy's band "Hive" And "Krash".... You guys ROCKED! All the walls in Vern's place is covered in Band stickers from EVERYWHERE!!....It was definitely a party place!

Did a soft CD release event here. Although Celtic/folk music is not what is typically performed in this venue, the staff - and even the locals - were quite welcoming and appreciative! As a percussionist, I appreciated the cymbal backdrop of the stage for sure. Super fun night it was!
