They forgot one of my sandwiches, made my coffee hot instead of iced, and also charged me for a grande when I asked for a tall, even when I repeated myself when ordering. Not impressed.

Staff are nice but my coffee always comes out wrong and wayy to much milk. Long wait times 20-30 min for 1 coffee is crazy. I wait less at the doctors office.

Store was really dirty all tables dirty, and mind you it wasn’t even busy so staff didn’t even have the time to clean the tables? I had to wipe it myself. Second, I placed an order from my phone and sat with my baby, drink was ready right away but my food took forever and all you gotta do is warm it up. Stores not busy there’s 3 girls standing there doing nothing so what’s taking so long? And then when it’s ready she gives me one of my food orders and places the other on the side with the rest of the mobile orders. I had to go back and point it out. And then by the time I could feed my child that sandwich it was cold. Iam a Starbucks barista myself and even in the busiest environments we manage to give everything out right away.

I tried to make a mobile order but the app said the store didn't have what I wanted, as I tried to order by clicking an item I previously ordered. So i came in and ordered at the counter. I stood there for a solid 10 minutes watching both staff making mobile orders. No one was there to pick up the orders yet I was standing there waiting for my drink that takes about 30 seconds to make. The counter staff that took my order noticed me still waiting for tried to mention to the staff that they should make my order but they were so focused on the mobile orders. So I eventually asked if there was someone focusing on in store orders and if they could quickly make mine since it takes 30 seconds. They did not quickly make mine and continued making the mobile orders of people not there. Very frustrating.
I understand they are busy all the time, hire more staff to complete the orders in a timely fashion Waiting 15 minutes for an iced green tea is ridiculous

Use to come here never again. Came in and asked for water to take with my medication. I was told I had to buy something before. This was never the case. I use buy coffee and tea here and today I lost my water bottle on the train and didn’t feel like buying coffee or tea. I just wanted water nothing more.
