The geniuses who packed the order used a broken cup AND lid so the entire order spilled over the food items - nothing salvageable. Is this how you’re taught to pack orders for courier delivery? Don’t put your restaurant on delivery apps if your workers can’t figure out how to effectively pack orders. I had to ask for a refund so the poor courier guy didn’t get his tip either.

I went in with 2 friends at about noon on a Sunday. My one friend got her order right away. She had a lovely worker on cash, and he called her name out right away once her drink was made about 2-3 mins later.
Me and my other friend had someone else take our order, and she was quite nice. We then waited for our 2 drinks for probably more than 4x as long as our other friend. No one called our name, and there was really no adequate waiting area to stand to wait for your drinks. It got really congested by the front door as a result since it seems like customers are urged to wait there.
We waited long enough that our first friend stepped outside to get some air/get a break from the crowd.
I do not know how long me and my second friend waited, but it was enough for us to question what was up.
One staff member, I believe her name was Kristen, was enthusiastically, happily, and familiarly chatting with a customer while hovering over the drink pickup counter. She did not even look at or acknowledge anyone else around her, both staff and customers.
The other workers were quite busy behind the scenes trying to keep up with the line and other orders, they were doing their best.
After a few more minutes more than we should’ve waited, my friend popped over to the counter to see what was up, and happened to see our two drinks hiding out of view behind the ledge right by where the employee was chatting.
No one indicated to us they were there, and we have no idea how long they were sitting there.
I’m not too sure what precisely sparked the irritation enough to write this; it could’ve been a whole mess of things. But I think what really set me off was the fact that this employee was just standing there on the work floor, and not helping anyone or anything in her surroundings, and letting her coworkers pick up her slack.
Me and my friends have worked in similar positions/workplaces, and we would’ve been chewed out by our managers in any circumstances remotely resembling that one.
Either the current manager is slacking to keep the team together as needed, or if she was the manager herself then she needs to have her priorities set straight.

Good food, perfect tea, liked the environment and atmosphere. I'm only doing 4 stars as I unfortunately got stood up for a date here. No fault of the location, I just don't want to rate it 5 stars just due to association.
Hands down the best coffee location for Starbs. The employees are unmatched. I go for the staff 1st and coffee 2nd.

My co worker ordered Starbucks for the team and I ordered a venti iced chai - however, I received a hot chai when on the sticker it even says iced chai.
I unfortunately am now putting this hot drink in the freezer to make it cold. :(
