Online order pick up should have a some parking spots to park and get the online orders. I had to go round and round to find parking to get my online order.

Online order also took about 20 mins for 1 drink. I get how it gets busy but it should say on the app beforehand that the wait time is going to be that long.

This is the worst location. Although beverages usually good the service is terrible. I ordered ahead and still my drink took more than 20 mins. 1 person working. This place is always understaffed and when there are staff they are usually busy talking to each other.

Always bed experience with staff, would not recommend this shop

I stopped by Starbucks on my birthday, excited for the little tradition of a birthday drink. Vit was absolutely wonderful and provided the kind of service you’d hope for on a special day. Unfortunately, my app wasn’t working, which last I checked, is a company error, not a customer one. I even showed proof and my ID. The supervisor, however, very firmly reminded me that “Starbucks standards have changed.” Apparently, kindness and basic customer service didn’t make the cut. She then immediately walked away mid conversation, which was such a lovely touch. Impressive, really how quickly a small gesture meant to make customers feel appreciated can be turned into such an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. Thanks again Vit, and to the emo girl supervisor, congratulations on making rudeness your own personal standard. Truly a memorable birthday treat.

THE slowest Starbucks in Calgary!!!! Not the staffs fault they are really nice it just gets so swamped that I would rather go anywhere else

A store I went to pick up my order. Although I waited my turn calmly, the employee named Calvin at the cash register preferred to deal with the customer who came after me. I am making this comment 10 minutes later and no employee said hello to me. No one asked what I was waiting for: Endless thanks to all the employees with high egos who cannot even say hello to people.

Had a great experience here! The barista Chandler greeted me right away and was incredibly friendly and efficient! My drink was made just how I like it. Will definitely be coming back :)

My sister's favorite coffee shop to grab coffee and go

This morning I had a bad experience here but it’s normally very good. I ordered the brown sugar oat americano. It’s made with 2 pumps of syrup but often is mismade with 4. I tasted it and it was clearly double sweet I told the nice lady and she asked the person named Chandler if she only put two pumps. Her answer was “I’m exhausted idk!” The answer was rude and she wouldn’t even look at me. Very poor customer service from her but the other two girls were very kind and remade my drink properly for me.
