Honestly ridiculous. As if the coffee wasn't expensive already, they skimp on how much is actually in the cup. Nothing like getting 1/3 of your beverage followed by 2/3rds foam...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to go up twice (at 15 min and 30 min ) to finally get them to look and see that they put the wrong name on my order and had only made one of the two drinks I ordered. (Which was now cold as they called out Renee instead of Brittney for the name.) Then they offered me the now cold hot chocolate and acted like it was my fault that I didn’t know that the drink was mine. I nicely asked them to please remake the hot chocolate and to please make the other drink they forgot. They then made my daughter’s almond/decaf drink with cow’s milk and caffeinated… so after waiting 40 min we left with a drink she couldn’t even drink. No compensation for the 45 min wait, missing half the order and calling out the wrong name. Not to mention making the wrong drink.

I will never go to Starbucks again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a coffee shop, we waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks. After 15 minutes I just asked if my order was coming soon and she said yes that she just had a back log of drinks. She didn’t take the time to check my name on the list. Then after 35 min I went up and said my order had to be missed. She pointed to a drink on the counter(only one of the 2 drinks I ordered) with the wrong name on it and the wrong name called out when she has made it. Then she offered me a now cold drink and they still had to make the other drink I ordered. They offered me no compensation for waiting 40 minutes for their mistake and looked at me like it was my fault for not knowing that one drink for ‘Renee ‘ was actually supposed to be 2 drinks for Brittney. Clearly they care more about putting as many people through as possible and not about customer service at all. And in the end both drinks were wrong and the one that was supposed to be decaf and almond milk was regular milk and caffeinated. So we could even drink them.

Do not go here. Go to local small coffee shops….So much better. I will never step foot in a Starbucks again.

Hands down! The friendliest and most courteous Starbucks team in the city.

Everyone makes eye contact and greet people by name. This team acknowledges every person that walks in the door.

My personal thank you for setting the standards when it comes to a community friendly establishment that caters to the quality of people that reside in the local neighbourhood and surrounding areas this location provides too.

I read a review by a delivery driver and was appalled at the lack of respect he has shown this team.

Not only was he not friendly, he was selfish in placing his job above their own. Not waiting patiently while the staff serves the existing patron is a lack of mindfulness,, a selfish and disrespectful attitude. Therefore not abiding by higher standards in his/her own job is also a lack of professionalism and a very poor human being who discards everyone other than “itself”.

This is a great team and I’m glad to support them In their work and the community they serve.

I am working as a delivery driver
I asked for the order pickup. I can even see the order was ready on the counter. When I ask the staff they said that they can’t give my order until they finish with the people that are lined to order food. If the order is ready on the counter so what is the issue for them to just handle the food. They are just wasting the time. If they can’t provide good services so why they accept orders. The staff should have social skills for how to interact with other individuals. Everyone is working hard to fulfill needs but with egoistic behaviour no one can win.

A typical Starbucks. Not much else to say. Staff is friendly. The HVAC is loud near both entrances so not a great place to work remotely
