a day agoNEW I came one afternoon with my mom and there is a very nice barista who welcomed us very warmly and even personally bring our drinks to our table. She then constantly checks on us and gave my mom some water. I have never experienced this with any starbucks before. I wish i ask her name but she is an asian girl.
Was at this starbucks today and witnessed the owner yelling at one of the girls on Staff over the counter making her cry and then storming off into the back room leaving the girl crying behind the counter.Completely unbelievable and unprofessional at no point is that OK I don't care what happened leading up to it .
Won't be returning here ever again and will be telling everyone I know about what happened.
Would give minus stars if that was possible !
The manager surprised me with a free tall blonde vanilla espresso latte. My new favorite drink.
