everyone had a good attitude, my complaint is i ordered a venti and got a grande and it didn’t taste like what i ordered; i even tipped..i also ordered the bacon cheddar egg sandwich but got the sausage one instead and the bun was so hard it was inedible.service was fine, but inaccurate.and food was horrible, i got too far before i realized to turn back.

Great Starbucks to visit! The staff is always friendly and they do a great job managing the orders even when it’s busy. It doesn’t matter if I’m ordering in person, mobile order or at the drive through they are polite, friendly and do what they can to personalize my experience and make me feel that they value my business.

Starbucks Walden)!My name is Alan - they labeled the drink Tom; I asked for Chi-Tea Latte, they gave me Coffee. I wanted 10 min for the wrong drink which my wife discovered when she tasted it at home. THIS IS THE MOST USELESS STARBUCKS LOCATION. A mile away there is a Starbucks at Legacy where you will get really good service!

I love the new location and that there is now a drive through. There’s usually always a place to sit and work and the patio is a nice size for the warmer months.I order through Uber Eats a lot and my order is fine usually around half of the time. There’s a food 50/50 chance that my coffee will have way too much cream, especially considering it’s supposed to be a “splash” (see pic).” Lids aren’t always on properly so I’ve had some major spills arrive at my door.With that said, the staff is always friendly and willing to help correct any issues. It’s just a little inconvenient to have to get a refund and reorder.In person they are usually great. I think I’ve only had the cream issue once in person and they made a new drink right away.
