Although I could make coffee at home, it isn’t accompanied by the same personalized service and friendly banter. The girls always remember my name, my order, and ask about my family. My latte tasted good and the instructions were well followed. Staff was neither friendly nor rude, but never asks for cup/mug everything is in a paper cup by default. I asked my latte in a mug/cup , I was told '' right now not available....'' I do not know what does that mean!I was there at 6PM ,by 7PM staff started cleaning and mopping the floor and it was smelling like washroom. It was so slippery with soap that it was very difficult to go and ask for a free...
