Shout out to John who made my drink! Very friendly service, seriously the staff was sweeter than my strawberry acai

Stopped in while out on a 100km bike ride on a 30 degree day to buy some bottles of water. To my surprise Starbucks doesn’t sell water anymore. This has to be the only place that doesn’t sell water. I’ve never been a big fan of Starbucks and this hasn’t helped that any.

I spent over $15, tiped well…
I ordered a spinach feta wrap and the middle of it was literally ice cold, totally okey I get it no big deal so i very nicely asked if it could be warmed up. The barista goes grabs it from my hand and goes “nope we can’t reheat this” passing it back to me in the rudest tone
i go to sit and enjoy my drink and she comes up to me with attitude and brings me a new one that is burnt.
A normal person would say “sorry we can’t reheat a opened wrap but will get you a new one” I didn’t even need a new one it’s the fact of the attitude on paying customers.

I always have a great experience at this place! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a positive visit. The coffee is always fresh, and they’re great at customizing drinks to your preferences. I especially love the seasonal menu items and the cozy atmosphere, which makes it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Whether I’m grabbing a quick espresso or enjoying a leisurely coffee break, Starbucks never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a quality coffee experience!

We have been taking a daily walk to this café for about two weeks with our dog and newborn. While the café advertises being wheelchair accessible, this is far from accurate. The door is extremely heavy and not automated, making it difficult for anyone with mobility challenges—or even parents with strollers—to enter.
Yesterday, during our usual visit, an employee asked me to leave because dogs are not allowed in the café. I was surprised, as we’ve been coming every day for two weeks with our dog without any issues. In fact, one of her colleagues even offered a pup cup to our dog just a few days ago.
When I explained this, she curtly replied that she hadn’t been working for the past two weeks and insisted I leave immediately. This forced me to wait outside in -15°C while my partner struggled to handle two coffees and the stroller through the heavy, non-automated door.
The inconsistent policies, lack of accessibility, and poor customer service made this experience unacceptable. We certainly won’t be coming back.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves accessibility and staff training to better serve all customers.

I've been coming here frequently over the last few months. Staff are always friendly, and service is quick. I almost always get an Iced shaken espresso, and everytime I'm disappointed. I think it's been made right once, Every other time it's tastes like watery milk.
