Have noticed perhaps an owner or franchisee change as of late. This store has been going downhill for about a year now. Slower than most other Starbucks in terms of speed. I can and will wait for quality items and busy times . Usually I send a cell phone order and give them 10-15 minutes and in the past it has been ready when I get there. Now it’s never ready and half the time they walk over and the sticker is still sitting on the label machine. I love their app. and usually...

Turkey Bacon Sandwich was such a fail 😭Bread was so old, the one single piece of turkey was so tiny. The sandwich was so thin and I literally had to take apart the sandwich to see if there was cheese. Bread was firmmm. Could not taste turkey or cheese.

Would not recommend. Definitely been to better Starbucks locations. I understand that it’s not made fresh every single time but this was actually awful! 🥲🥲

The service/staff here first off are amazing! They get to know you on a personal level and what you like to order. The only downside is this store is dealing with constant equipment issues and at some points limited staff showing up for work. Store needs a good equipment upgrade as it's showing its age and some wage increases for the amazing staff as well!
