Half the time I try to get coffee there is end up waiting 10 minutes for the cashiers to quit chatting with the single individual working the coffee counter. The service is unbelievably slow, with only one person ever working the counter.

I have ordered drinks here a couple of times after shopping at Market Mall. The ladies have always been friendly and service great. Never as busy as the one in the mall. Jennifer was lovely and went over and above she even poured my milk on the side for my iced coffee. It’s the little things.?

Staff need better training. I ordered a Venti iced mocha with BLENDED whipping cream. Which means you put the whipping cream in the blender and put it on top. I had to ask the girl to make it twice but she still did it wrong. I explained over and over and she kept using vanilla cream instead of whipping cream. No point of asking over and over. Waste of my time. Please train better. The other girl that from yesterday is the only one that knows what she’s doing. It’s such a waste of money to be paying 6.56 for it to be not the way I want it to be made.

I'm not really a Starbucks person. I don't like your coffee for one. The food is so so put. Everything else was okay. I only went there cuz my friend wanted to take me there. He wanted a cup of Starbucks coffee me. I'll settle for Timmy's
