I would have rated this particular Starbucks five stars, but due to a recent incident, I am left with no choice but to give it one star. About two weeks ago, I lost my new fast Samsung charger. I knew exactly where I had left it, so I called the store and spoke with the supervisor. She confirmed that it was indeed a "Fast Samsung charger", as "Samsung + Fast" was clearly written on the charging cube. I asked her to label it with my name, and she agreed.

Two days later, I went to the store to pick it up. However, the cashier/barista could not locate the charger. The supervisor, who was also present, remembered verifying the charger for me. After a brief search, she could only find a different charger labeled "SLOW Samsung charger." She acknowledged that this wasn’t the same charger she had set aside earlier and apologized, as my charger was now missing.

I suspected that within that 24-hour period, an employee with a Samsung phone might have switched my new fast charger with the older slow charger. I gently raised this possibility with the supervisor, but she dismissed it, suggesting instead that it was probably given to another customer. The situation was ironic because it seemed impossible that my charger, with my name on it, would be handed to a random customer within a day.

I understand it is just a charger, but the supervisor overlooked a crucial point: my name was written on it. What are the chances someone would come in and ask for that exact charger with my name on it within 24 hours?

Although disappointed, I respected the supervisor for admitting that my charger had likely been taken. For closure, I left my phone number and requested that she speak with her employees about the situation, even if she could not determine what happened. I gave her over a week to follow up, but I received no response.

I was not even asking for compensation, and the conversation was handled calmly. All I wanted was a follow-up call to confirm they had spoken to their employees about the issue. Yet, the lack of accountability left me feeling deeply disappointed.

Ultimately, there are cameras inside the store that management could have reviewed if they chose not to ask their employees directly. Perhaps they could have narrowed down the list of employees with Samsung phones. There were several ways to address this and check for any potential unethical behavior. I understand it is just a "fast charger" that can be replaced, but I believe Starbucks, a brand that should be composed of honest employees and take responsibility for its words, should not make customers feel frustrated or waste their time over something so minor.

It's my first time to order here and the girl who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. She's not friendly and I think management could coach her with her attitude to treat customer in a nicely manner.

I came into the store around 1 pm and it wasn’t overly busy. There was no one in line ahead of me, so I stood in front of the cashier and waited a good few minutes until I finally interrupted the 2 gentleman having a conversation directly in front of me and asked if this is where I give my order. The one who then stepped forward to take my order looked super annoyed that I requested help. I shouldn’t feel like a hassle when I’m spending $10 for a coffee. I can’t say that I’ve experienced worse service ever in a Starbucks. I LOVE Starbucks. I have always had great service there. Literally 3 weeks ago I did a glowing 5 star review at a different location. Left kinda bummed
