Very disappointing visit to this Starbucks. The service was slow and when I ordered a Belgian waffle the size was shockingly small, more like a mini pancake. I mentioned it to the server but was told they have always been that size, even though I buy them often and know they are normally bigger. It felt dismissive and frustrating and the quality was nowhere near what I expect from Starbucks.

Pulled up to the speaker to place my order and sat there for five minutes without any greeting, even after saying hello multiple times. Decided to pull forward without ordering assuming there might’ve been something wrong with the speaker and people were ordering at the actual window, only to then see the employee talking on the microphone to the car behind me. Sat directly in front of the open window waiting for another five minutes with no acknowledgment whatsover. Terrible service.
I go to the same Starbucks every morning seven days a week… When I pull up to the drive-through screen with the cameras that they have they always greet me “good morning Tom”.. it’s always nice to feel special when you’re regular.

Perfect example of an open concept. I wish all coffee shops were like this. Good parking, food, beverages are made right.

Just wanted an ice water, was told I had to actually buy something to get water. I was told it’s ”store policy” but I’ve been getting free water at Starbucks for years without having to buy anything. The cherry on top, the cashier told me all this with an extremely condescending tone.

I had a female barista named Kacey and she was absolutely lovely and made my drink really well. She was in training at the time and she was already great. Well done Kacey I really enjoyed the service and drink

Today the Barrista was too busy making two drinks at once. She added too much water to my drink, Grande Honey Citrus Mint tea, so thre wasn't sufficient room for the lemonade. She topped up the cup with lemonade and poured the rest into the sink.
The lemonade flavor was definitely lacking
There was no real atmosphere when taking out food... That said, the staff I interacted with were courteous and efficient.

Popped in to connect to wifi for a meeting. Music was bad lounge singers on volume 90 making it impossible to hear my call. Terrible caffe misto and the lemon loaf was like a slice of cushion foam with glaze. I haven't been in a Starbs for about 4 years and I am shocked at the changes. Very sad!

I come to this Starbucks every Monday morning to grab a coffee and do some work before I start my day in the office. Staff are extremely welcoming and as soon as you walk in the door your always greeted with a good morning. From my experience this is definitely one of the best Starbucks as you really do feel welcome when you walk in the door. I've been to others where they don't even acknowledge you when you stand at the counter, with these guys here as soon as you walk in the door your greeted definitely five star for service.
