Bad service and extremely overpriced. The staff, especially the younger employees, act immature and unprofessional. There’s a lot of attitude, very little effort, and no sense of customer service. For the prices they charge, this experience is unacceptable.

This place is really close to my work and I’m there a lot. They are so nice and although the drink may not always be perfect (most times it is) they will quickly remake it. Sometimes when I come through the drive thru and say good morning they already know it’s me. Fun place!

Baristas that treated me terribly even though I was simply trying to put my order in. They were very impatient with me, rushing me and acting annoyed for no reason. I wasn’t being difficult — I just wanted to order my drink — but their attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. If this is the level of customer service here, I definitely won’t be coming back. Management needs to address how customers are being spoken to.
