I visited this location on April 17th 2026 around 3:20 PM and had an amazing experience. I want to highlight one specific employee who went above and beyond to help me. She has a truly kind heart and was incredibly helpful. Such wonderful service is rare to find. She definitely deserves a bonus for her hard work and kindness. Highly recommend this place

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a consistently positive experience for customers. Visitors praise the friendly and kind staff, with some employees going above and beyond to provide excellent service. One employee, in particular, is recognized for their helpfulness and kindness, earning high praise for their hard work. Many customers appreciate the quick service, especially at this location, which is known for making the best green tea in Calgary—never bitter and always fresh. Regular customers often visit early mornings and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere created by positive staff members like Andy and Cat, who help start their day on a good note. The drive-thru service, however, can be slow at times, especially around 2:30 pm, with waits exceeding 10 minutes. Despite this, the overall environment remains enjoyable, thanks to attentive employees and a focus on quality. Even during training periods, employees like Ray demonstrate exceptional customer service, leaving memorable impressions. Customers highly recommend this Starbucks for its friendly staff, efficient service, and quality beverages, making it a favorite spot in the city.
