Definitely not up to par with Bookers Crab Shack that used to be on the premise. I am a chicken strip fan, so can say that it is no better than the regular franchise restaurants which was disappointing. Only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time I went. Don’t think this will last long. Plus, don’t have a tip option when it is order at the counter. Your employer should be paying you….this is not a server position.

Pretty disappointing. We got 2 orders of chicken strips and both were ready extremely fast. Both orders arrived at our table in under 3 minutes and they were barely warm. We assumed the chicken had just been sitting out under the heat lamps for too long. We immediately asked for new ones and the server was very sweet and got us new strips right away. We were hoping for some freshly fried chicken, but when the new orders arrived (also in under 3 minutes), they were essentially the same temperature. Our conclusion was essentially that these were just precooked, frozen, chicken strips from the grocery store that the restaurant is reheating (poorly) for each order. Feels kind of insane that a menu is based entirely off of boxed chicken strips with “trendy” toppings. And $15 bucks for 3 strips? No thank you. They spent some money on the interior though… that was nice I guess.

Unfortunately not great. Ordered from DoorDash and the tenders came raw, DoorDash would only offer a $2.50 credit. Happy I paid for undercooked chicken.

First time here , food was so good I didn’t even get to take a picture , service is wonderful the owner even came over and offered his Jalapeño chedder corn bread to try! It was delish , I ordered the hottey honey chicken tenders and wasn’t disappointed they were also very delicious. I’m excited to try new tender flavours in the future! Here’s some pics of the inside

I was so disappointed! The whole meal ....was instantly ew. I had that chicken sandwich ...it had absolutely no flavour to it whatsoever! The potatoes were watery & clumpy with warm gravy which also had no flavor. There was 3 of us we all just couldn't enjoy the meal. The bites we did take left us nauseated afterwards.my daughter stomach was upset she ate the most. The service was very closed off. I asked about a few items from the menu letting her know it was our 1st time there. The cashier was annoyed and not to kind or helpful. I don't recommend this place unless you want to eat chicken with no flavour. The ambience the establishment it self was so amazing too bad the food wasn't as great as the resteraunt itself. That was a waste of $75
Have driven past those signs outside so often and have wanted to try it. Today I went for a walk along the river with a friend and we went to The Strip Joint! Nothing to look at from outside but Wow…so lovely inside!! I loved the decor, the theme, the names and the chicken strips were delicious and tender! The portions were also on the generous side!! Thank you!

I indulged in the Cucumber Salad with Mango Serrano vinaigrette, savoring each bite. (including the card board) However, I would express my preference for it to be served in a more elegant take-out container rather than a cardboard box.
