Each time I go there the service is extremely slow and today I arrive there early before the lunch crowd and there are 3 of the young woman sitting around talking and eventually they serve me and then as the woman is preparing my food she is looking over and listening to the conversation the other woman are having. There is no work ethic at all with these young women and its embarrassing . If I were the manager I would fire them immediately. That is how bad it is. People that come there are typically business people who are rushing for lunch and don't have time to wait around for these lazy, young woman to get it together. There are so many other choices of lunch establishments around so if you want to lose customers than by all means keep these lazy employees.

Zero stars for them. This is the worst subway I’ve ever visited in town seriously what is wrong with the workers. Zero customer service they are rude people Management needs to get their staff in line. Never come back to this location.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever visited, seriously what is wrong with the workers. Came for a breakfast sub waited upwards of 5 minutes just to find out they only had one bread left. They saw me standing there( I am currently sick and was really just hoping to get some breakfast. Would have been awesome if there was a sign. Also employees are RACIST, the treatment of myself compared to the two men in front of me was insane. I’ve experienced a lot racism as a Hispanic woman but from other women of colour at a subway where I was super friendly it felt awful. Management needs to get their staff in line

I legitimately think that this franchise location may be a front for something illegal because the few times I’ve been there it has been a complete disaster. They never have enough bread baked, the veggies have freezer burn on them, they are consistently out of product, and there is no quality control. The staff is also extremely unfriendly and they seem genuinely annoyed that they have to make sandwiches. It is by far the worst Subway location I have ever been to and corporate needs to send some people out there to investigate what is exactly going on there.

I will never buy from this place ever again.. I literally went there to get a breakfast sandwich 2 mins before 9am and this lady with glasses, just stood there talking on her phone and I repeatedly asked her are you open or can I place an order. She just walked away and brought a sign we are closed. Couldn't she atleast say something? If you read the other reviews..it's definitely the same person... coming from the hospitality industry...I couldn't imagine how someone with at work mentality should be working there. So from there onwards I go to a breakfast place opposite run by a very friendly Asian family. And if you really want subway walk over to centennial place...way better service.

Every experience I’ve had here has been truly negative. The staff are extremely impolite and do not provide adequate customer service. Today, I ordered from this location and I dealt with a rude young woman. She was texting while making my sandwich, rolled her eyes and had a terrible attitude. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience such as this, and I can speak for many others who have chosen this subway. Do NOT go here.
