As this location is in our neighborhood we stopped in to try the Teryaki Crunch at this location a few weeks ago.Since then we have been back several times and not just for the sub.The store has been clean regardless of the time of day and the staff are great.The counter where the sub is made is clean, the food is fresh, the staff are very friendly, easy to speak with, will recommend options and deals, and have always been very nice and welcoming.Why go anywhere else? ?

This is the best subway ever. 12/10 subs consistently on Uber eats. I use Uber because I can’t make notes in door-dash. I literally would marry everyone who works here man woman animal I don’t care. Best service hands down now and then they give me some jalapeños on the side or a cookie with my order complimentary. I have rejected other locations even when they have a better deal on because they know my order at Royal oaks and even the odd time I forget to make notes they consistently know it’s me and I am in love with all employees here. You couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. Xoxoxo love you all so much.

Exceptional Staff. With subway stores everywhere and all having the same strict control on the food, it can often be difficult to decide which one is worth visiting, in my experience it’s the staff that make this location. It is not uncommon to visit a fast food restaurant and find a less then enthusiastic employee behind the counter, this restaurant and specifically this location breaks away from that norm, with team members that greet you, and are willing to have a conversation with you that is more then just about your order. Great work everyone!

The food was good, but why did we bother ordering ahead? We arrived 15 minutes after placing our online order (the time the app said it would be ready) only to discover they hadn’t even begun it. The store was not busy and no explanation was given. Very disappointing.

New coupon came in the mail today for a buy ANY footlong get another for 2$ I went to the coop subway as it was closer to my house, they didn’t allow the coupon saying I had to choose between four specific subs and only get 2$ off on the second. Left that store and came to this one for great customer service. We showed them the coupon and they immediately made the food requested absolute great customer service. Shoutout to Jay, Parul and Megnas who helped me and my brothers out today. It was Megnas’ second today and he showed us much better service than the employees down at coop subway every could. Thanks again, will be coming here now instead.
