The manager tried blatantly ripping me off 2 dollars. Quite dissapointed because we have had friendly chats back and forth, all for nothing i guess. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong that is 12.79 and was charged 15 trying to tell me it increased. The guy knows the prices. Tried charging me for the chicken crunch which comes with double cheese amongst other things that I did not ask for or receive. Then when I told him the price in the app has not changed as I order these all the time he tried telling me thats the price for the rotisserie chicken and trying to give other run around excuses when it simply was not. They also expect tips to stand around and make a sandwich that your taking for take out. If you don't tip,inside they get angry and don't value you as a customer anymore. If they remember you the next time your sandwich will be skimped out of toppings if you pre order on the app and are not standing there to correct it. The guy Blatantly caught lieing trying to rip off a customer who he knows makes very little money. My business will now go to the other 5 subways in the area untill I catch them trying the same thing. A dollar here, 2 dollars there i would imagine adds up fast as extra income.

Prolly one of the worst subways in Calgary. The staff working in there intentionally like to fool customers. I requested italian herb n cheese and was given a different bread. What a total loss! Unfriendly staff who has no training of how to deal with customers, lacking professionalism on top of that items were out of stock in menu. They werent able to grill sandwiches, also no snackwiches in stock. Save yourself the trip to this worst subway location in town !
