1 star cause I couldn't order. You need a bell. Too many times I come and wait forever for someone to come from the back. My breaks are only so long and using it waiting for staff to come to the front is not worth it.

Time: 4:15 PM on December 3, 2024. A girl was sneezing while touching my food and package with the same hand. As she prepared, her silver bangel touched the bread. This is the worst method for cooking and serving food. When cooking, use some hygiene and politeness. Without gloves, even the female supervisor was touching and inspecting them.

I’ve been to this subway a few times now as I work nearby. And both times I’ve been here I’ve been told to wait while both staff members finish cleaning tasks. Instead of serving customers. When they are finally ready, both times I’ve been met with eye rolls and sighs like it’s an inconvenience I’m there.
My sandwich bread was stale and hard, I asked for light sauce and it’s literally dripping in sauce and the amount of lettuce she put on was pathetic. Hopefully management talks to these staff because this is just horrible service

Really awful staff, worst I’ve seen at a subway. The girls are always talking instead of listening to orders, don’t follow simple instructions from me or other patrons, and are overall very unpleasant.

Today was my worst experience at subway ever. All the food looked gross and cross contaminated, service was horrible. I hope a manager looks through this and can figure out who was working on October 10th at 9:30. I don’t think others should have to experience this kind of service.

This subway is uncivilized and gross, there's a mass amount of students and teenagers every day who flock here, who are uncivilized and don't respect customers, I wouldn't recommend trying to go here, terrible experience I was cut in line and it took over 20 minutes to order a sandwich because of all the students here not even buying sandwiches

Horrible service, Kiran I believe is their name was rude and unprofessional while making our sandwiches. She was chewing gum while making our sandwiches, dropped my boyfriend’s bread in the roast beef before making his sandwich, stopped in the middle of making his sandwich to talk to her co worker then at the end dropped a sauce bottle in his sandwich. When we walked in no one was at the front. Unkind place, will never go there again.

I will definitely give a zero rating if thats an option. My husband got a teriyaki chicken wrap today at 4pm(22feb) . He just finish half of the wrap and started vomiting. He already had more than 6 episodes of vomiting and severe abdominal cramps and he left his work in between and rushed to the emergency. Either the chicken or vegetables were expired or hygiene is not maintained that he got food poisoning. I tried to call the store but no one is answering the call. I will highly recommend everyone please don’t go there if you don’t want your health in danger.

Although we have had great past experience with this Subway, the last order we placed a month ago was prepared incorrectly and in a slap-dash manner. It is very hard to contact someone directly at Subway Customer Service. I filled out on-line form and got a form-letter response, then tried social media channels and even phoned Sundance store and asked for manager to phone me. This has been so disappointing and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I think I had the most depressed steak sub in my whole life from Subway today. It's a 11-dollar-sub with barely anything between the 2 pieces of bread and the only credit that I would give to Subway is at least they didn't downsize the bread. It's a very disappointing order!
