First time here this morning! Absolutely fantastic cappuccino, the pretzels are amazing and the nut dessert! I will be recommending all friends and family to come here! I will be back for more!❤️

Food was amazing and fresh! My partner and I came in for a special occasion and were met with a relaxing atmosphere where we got to enjoy our amazing desserts. We wish we tried this place sooner and will definitely be back :)

The bread here is so good I almost didn’t leave a review so it doesn’t get popular 😉I haven’t tried their coffee or sweets but the bread I’ve had is very good. Service has always been kind to us, it is reasonably priced, and the place is kept very clean. I always try to support local businesses that aren’t ripping you off charging for an overpriced baguette.

I was looking for a delicious homemade bread and found this bakery has exactly what I was looking for! Their sourdough breads are big fresh and delicious 😋. Highly recommended!

Walked into the bakery today and the staff greeted me with a big smile. It smelled so good like a perfect bakery! I tried the cheese bun and the pana cotta cherry and they were amazing. I look for pana cotta all over the city and this is the best I’ve tasted so far! As for the service, it was so welcoming and had amazing hospitality. I could hear the owner teaching an employee at the back and there was constant laughter. 10/10 would recommend and go again!!

We went into today and got a cheese bun and a ham and cheese croissant
The croissant was absolutely amazing but the cheese bun was wet and sticking to my fingers (very undercooked) we called to tell them and they just said oh ok and have a nice day

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. But since I can’t, I’m just gonna put one.

Their pastry is okay, but if you’re planning to order coffee, just SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a different store.

Customer service was SO BAD, the moment we walked in, the lady at the front looked like she wanted us gone IMMEDIATELY. No greeting, no smile, NOTHING. She even looked like she was giving us a “bad” look.

The only thing I liked the most was the atmosphere, the place is actually really good which makes me kind of sad for the business owner.

Hopefully the owner is aware of the bad impact their employee is doing for their store.

Bad service, we were ordering our drinks and food and the cashier in the front wasn’t even attentive or was smiling she looked like she wanted to get it over with the order, it was fine at first but when we got our drinks it was really bad we ordered London fog and macchiato but it tasted like it was 90% water never coming back here again.

My feedback would be if the cashier in the front would be a little welcoming and not make the drink 90% water. The food is good but the drinks was bad we didnt even finish it.

I came here for a little snack with my husband. We both got slices of cake. They looked delicious. They, however, tasted like they had been recently defrosted and so tasteless and watery. I’m sure it’s made in-house, but how long ago? Regardless, I thought maybe we had just ordered the wrong things. I was willing to give them a second chance. The interior is beautifully lit, cozy and warm. I could see myself spending a morning or afternoon here.

I changed my mind sitting there when I heard numerous comments made by the staff to one another. I do not think they were aware how loud they were speaking in the kitchen, bordering on yelling. I could forgive that, as, I come from a culture and family that yells. I could not forgive when I heard these comments from one of the staff:

“Just buy stuff and go. I never understood this thing to go to a cafe and study!”

“I can’t clean when there are people sitting”

We left shortly after. Didn’t seem they wanted our business.

The place looks really nice and cozy, but that’s about the only good thing here. The coffee tasted awful, and the service was even worse. The lady who served us looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. She seemed annoyed when we asked simple questions about the coffee and the bread. A little smile or basic friendliness wouldn’t hurt.

The place is cozy and nicely decorated, with a great atmosphere. However, the service felt cold and not very welcoming. No smile or greeting, which made the experience less enjoyable.

The espresso was also disappointing. Compared to other cafés in Calgary, it had a very unpleasant, earthy taste.

I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, because the place has great potential. With better service and improved coffee quality, it could be much better.

Just stopped in to grab a Sourdough loaf to try and ended up having a nice conversation with the staff.
They suggested I try one of their ‘Meat Burek’ pastries when I asked for something unique or different for lunch. It was amazing! Perfect flavour and texture.
Can’t wait to go back.
