Chk944 i won't be back. Hostess didn't make sure I had a knife and fork. Waitress didn't make sure I had a knife and fork. Delivered my food but didn't bring a knife and fork. About 10 minutes she came by, she said they didn't bring you a knife and fork. I told her I was returning my food back and I would put the salad on a different plat. She said she'll get a complete new plate. She came back with the salad on a separate plate. The ribs were delivered a few minutes later. They were very hot. I wasn't asked if I wanted more coffee. I was asked if I wanted dessert. There wasn't enough time left for me to order dessert as i had to be somewhere else by 8. Sounds like the Hostess is responsible for cutlery. Saw the Hostess clearing the table across from me. Took her 2 trips to the back to clear the table. However there were 3 tables in a row that needed to be cleared. What would have been efficient would be to bring out a Rubbermaid tub and put everything in the tub that means one trip back. No discount was given on the meal.

I came in with my family to enjoy my wifes birthday supper on the dining side. I had an elderly in-law, and 2 young children. We were told at the door 30 minute wait. We were fine with that. Once the half hour was coming up we were seated, on the fast food side. I was appalled. Within that half hour 2 families had left, leaving their tables, with plates still on them, we had to walk past those dirty sections to get to the fast food seating they took us too. We had waited patiently and we're ready to eat meals including dessert in a nicer setting. If I had wanted fastfood type dining I would have gone to anywhere else. Im just disappointed. I packed up the family, and went back in to inform the manager. I dont plan on ever going to this location ever again.

Ordered at drive thru and was asked to park as would only be a couple of minutes...over 30 MINUTES later my husband went into the restaurant to find our food. He wanted to treat me after a long day. Would have been faster to go home
Last time I was there just on a Wednesday. We ordered the two can dine. The fries were old the chicken was cold. The food was not good at all . I returned our fries ,and they still weren't that good. So disappointed. I'll never go back to and Swiss chalet again. And that poor waitress seemed to be getting complaints about the fries and food that day . Do better

Be very careful dealing with swiss chalet. An individual working there, indika Jayarathne, took money from me and lot of people by promising a lmia that never existed. After payment, the promises were not fulfilled and communication became unreliable. This is deceptive behavior. Legitimate companies do not ask for money in exchange for employment. I am sharing this to warn others and strongly urge swiss chalet to investigate this individual.

Just a terrible location. Dinned in a few times. Servers don't go to work to work, they go to work to socialize. Annoyingly long wait times for service... Even if you are the only table in the building. Even when you order food from this place to go or for delivery. I only like dark meat. I only order dark meat but without FAIL I always get white meat. Stop chit chatting with your coworkers and focus on the little work you have. It's truly an embarrassment to be this bad at your jobs.

Check your Bill paying at this Restaraunt closely , Had a Half chicken dinner , Bill comes the prices do not match the menu prices . Food was terrible Chicken skin was all wet and stuck to chicken like it was Boiled first IDk it was disgusting inside was luke warm , green beans were not cooked and hard and crunchy , I brought it too the attention of the waitress and she asked me what she can do about it ... i said bring fresh chicken,,, opened at 11 I came at 1215pm and i waited 30 min for her to come back with broken chicken pieces ... not a half chicken at all .. experience after all these years is shit .. plus the waitresses and men started acting stupid in fron of customers , yelling and carrying on hip hop or something while 3 tables are dining .. ignoring us all together for service .. i said excuse me about 3 times and no one came ...
