The taco salad was made well, and tots were fresh but I just can't find a Taco Time location that can make a balanced el cruncho. This location included sadly.

Twice I’ve gotten beans instead of meat in my burrito.

The first time the lady made me bring the burrito back and gave me a different one, the second time I can’t even bother driving all the way back for a $7 burrito.

Placed a skip the dishes order, the restaurant did not actually make the food, and told the carrier the order was already picked up and put for delivery. Disgusting customer service as they did not answer the phone, and if they did, they hung up the phone immediately.

The two employees today Wednesday at 11:30am have been so nice and friendly. They seen to enjoy their job. Food was also satisfying and well-portioned.

The lady took my order was ok but the Chinese lady who gave me my order was extremely rude and cheap!!! Hot sauce was on the bill, I ask for ketchup and she refused to give me my hot sauce. She start talking in Chinese with the lady who take my order. She didn’t want to give me hot sauce, I had to keep asking. She finally gave it to me. Why is she being so cheap over hot sauce? Not recommend place .North hill mall Taco Time ‘

After being in a coma like state for months my daughter is now eating and requesting taco time burrito meals with churros and caramel, however the cost of $20.44 is just not affordable. The closest one to the hospital is at the food court in the mall.

Worst Chicken Taco Salad ever, think I would learn the first time I had one from here, thought I would give another try, shell was burnt, chicken was dried, needless to say I though the whole salad out so discussing, will never go back,. Do not eat here

This is by far THE BEST Taco Time location I have been to in a VERY VERY long time. The staff were so pleasant and friendly even during the lunch rush and all the food was so fresh and flavourful. Dare I say it was perfect for Taco Time.
