We had the crispy wonton starter and then a sticky rice dish and a noodle dish for main. There was good variety of veg with each and the mock beef, mock shrimp, and tofu added great texture. All that for around 60 Canadian dollars (including 20% tip)!
TAMARIND IS DEFINITELY ONE MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANTS! Me and my parents come here like almost every week for 3 and a half years, we love it here! I’ve been vegetarian for 5 years, and my parents aren’t. But we all love the food here! I’d definitely recommend it to others! :)
Went for the peanut sate pho. I'm on a strict diet only meat and veg so I had to skip the rice noodles, got veg and extra meat instead. The broth was probably one of the best I've had so far definitely top 3. The beef and tripe was cooked perfectly and you definitely could tell there was extra tripe added because it lasted till the last spoon full...the size of the bowl was also noticeably larger than other pho restaurants , it wad a challenge to finish all the broth....
