Ten Ren’s has been around since I was a child. It’s been run by the same amazing family for so many years and they have had such amazing bubble tea! My favourite is the mixed jelly <3

I ordered black milk tea, there is no tea taste at all, like adding a lot of water. Totally different from what I drink in Hong Kong and Taiwan, not worth recommending.

If you're shopping for tea leaves to brew your own cup, definitely avoid this place. I bought a packet of Long Jing green tea at the price of $40 /100g. To my great disappointment, the quality was worse than the Long Jing green tea I bought at T&T supermarket for $13 /100g. What a rip-off!

Picked up boba on my way out of T&T. Got brown sugar milk tea, and it was pretty good! Not the best I’ve ever had, but still really good. The gentleman that made it for me was very polite.

Do not get the pearls here, they have a very poor texture. The drinks are sub-par, the fruit tea drinks have little to no tea flavour. The staff however are delightful every single time I come. Worth to try once.

They give very great service and actually care about your day if you are willing to talk.Also they have amazing bubble tea, I get raspberry lychee slushie everytime and it's perfect even when I refreeze it.I recommend their milk tea slushies on hot summer days,Help out your local mom & pops stores during covid!!!

Really enjoy coming to shop here for my Asian food requirements. They have a wonderful assortment of restaurants, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc. I can always find what I need at T&T. The mall has a good selection of stores, good parking and kept very clean. Their dim sum, sushi/sashimi bar and assorted cooked food pick me up items makes your mouth water. Great place to shop for your Asian cookin
