“Only ordered from Skip to my work (not far so food travels great). Ordered it a few times now and tried 3 different menu items. The pad thai was alright.The green curry is possibly the best I've had in Calgary. It is silky and has some spice to it. There is plenty of sauce so that you can easily turn this into two meals. I have had the green curry 3 times and all 3 times enjoyed it just as much.Today I am currently eating the drunken noodles. Spicy and delicious and now tied with the green curry for best dish there for me.You want Thai? Try this place! It for sure beats out other Thai places in the area. I have tried many :)“

“Nice quiet place. The ambience is aesthetic. We came to this location first time and having Thai Food after a long time as well! Maulik helped us at the front. He not only explained the different options but also recommended a few dishes. He was patient, helpful and knew what he was doing! The food was top notch and we were able to customize a few things based on our taste and preferences. Red Curry tofu was the best amongst all! The taste, the spice everything was just perfect. Looking forward to come again!“

“Thai Boat Restaurant is good place if someone want to try Thai food. Hygiene well maintained. Staff is good for the customers. I tried Tom Yum soup and one specific dish. Taste was good, however quantity was little less of tom yum soup compare to other countries and also less sea food in the soup thats manageable because of availability of sea food in Calgary. “I visited the Mahogany branch of Thai Express for the first time and was blown away! I tried the Shrimp Fried Rice, and it was delicious—perfectly cooked rice, juicy shrimp, and a wonderful blend of flavors. The dish was fresh, flavorful, and had just the right amount of seasoning. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!“

The takeout boxes are so pretty, they make you excited to eat! 5 stars for the box choice!! The food itself was delicious. We worried the portions were going to be too small, but they were really filling. Our only critic was the portion size for the crying cowboy ribs. It was small. There were only 4 small pieces in the container. Maybe we just wanted more because they were so tasty.“

“It's located in the plus 15 of this building. The stir fry was amazing. I asked for some customisations and even during the lunch rush, they made it exactly the way I asked them to make it. “Expert chef. To see him work the wok with flames taller than him is a sight to behold. He makes the most awesome spicy fried rice. Possibly the best I've had from any Thai Exp.
The combos are just okay, they don't really justify the additional $7. Shrimp spring rolls were quite bland and even the dipping sauce did not make much of a difference. Portions are nice and large.
Recommended if you like spicy soups and fried rice / noodles.

“Food was delicious with huge portions. We got the chow mien and the sesame chicken. My chicken was so fresh and crispy, with the stick sauce, it’s exactly what you hope for when you get Chinese food. And the chow mien was so flavourful! We don’t make it to this part of Calgary often but will go out of our way to have a meal here again!“
