Today, I had a very disappointing experience here. After ordering, I waited nearly 20 minutes for food that usually takes just a few minutes to prepare. During that time, two other customers who ordered after me received their meals, and one of them even ended up taking what should have been mine.
When I asked for a refund, I requested the charge be cancelled back to my card, but the cashier refused and instead returned cash, which was not even the full amount I had paid.
Overall, I left unsatisfied and would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

They seem to screw up our order more often than not and I’m sick of it. My partner needs gluten free gravy, and I do not like the gluten free gravy. Two different gravy’s, how hard is that? Pretty hard apparently because they always seem to give us the same gravy, either the one that makes my partner sick or the one I don’t like.

Ordered delivery of small portions of poutine, they were absolutely loaded with toppings, soooo delicious! If I'm so full after a small portion, I can't even imagine how big the large portion is lol. The hotdog was bombastic too! Thank you ✌️

Stopped in on the Monday past (Aug 4th) at around lunch. Place was empty but open (lights on and open sign lit) No one in front of house when we entered. Waited about 5 min as we picked out what we wanted from menu and still no employees. Rang bell on service counter and after almost 2 minutes of more waiting we opted to leave. During time there did not see any staff. Disappointed as this would have been our first time there so really leaves a poor impression on us.

We saw this restaurant the other day while visiting the Regal Cat Cafe, and thought we'd give it a try since it specialized in Poutines. We ordered a large traditional poutine to share amongst three people. It was rich, greasy, decadent, dripping with gravy, and had giant chunks of cheese curds. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I was alone and drunk...but even with family it was great.

Okay, I went to this location with family member and the two staffs members were having a fight because the other member came in drunk and she was throwing the kitchen tinsels around on the floor. Then sticking her fingers in her mouth and eating her fingers then wiping it on the towel which she uses to wipe the counter or anything down. Absolutely disgusting. These are new owners and I will never eat from this location ever again. The restaurant yes was nice and clean and everything. The lady who did help me. She's the one who made our food thank God cuz if it wasn't her I would be asking for my money back. It is absolutely disgusting. Having an employee come in heavily drunk and making a scene. Everybody in the restaurant was looking and watching her being ridiculous. She was throwing phones, kitchen, utilities and whatever else would happen after we left. She was also using her feet to push drawers clothes instead of her hands her dirty feet. Where have they been? There's one employee will not be fired because she is a family member of which is not fair. You come in like that and do this in the restaurant. Yeah well that just makes me not want to come back to that location ever again. I was so disappointed but the food was the one lady who wasn't doing anything. The food she made to us was absolutely fentastic. Oh my God I inhaled my fries. I had the vegan protein and my family member had a beef boutique. She loved hers and I inhaled mine but was not impressed with the other staff member of her behavior LOL. Absolutely disgusting and the post not even believe her what was going on so she had to take a video and then that girl took the phone and through the phone phone across the kitchen. Wow quite the behavior in a restaurant. No thank you I will never go back to this restaurant again. I will go to the other location even though it's further away. I don't care 😡🤬
