The food and service were great. Last month I came in for a large rush order of 14 + wraps. Although the poor employee was alone they worked so quickly and efficiently to make all these wraps plus a plethora of customers coming in the door and uber eats.

This is where things turn bad.. my order was over $250 and since the worker provided amazing service I decided to give a 15 % tip. After I pay I thanked the employee and said thanks for the hardwork, I left you a nice tip.

The employee then tells me the owner KEEPS the tips that are given! I doubt anyone knows if they leave a tip the
underpaid workers do not see it! Whay a joke.

I paid for essentially two extra meals and the employee got nothing with my tip.

The place is so welcoming be it the atmosphere, cleanliness or the staff. The staff is so friendly, quick and helpful.
Had a sandwich and a soup the other day and I am a fan of their moroccon chickpeas soup now. Wonderful place, highly recommended!!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla through Uber Eats, but received only a tortilla with four small pieces of grilled chicken. There was no cheese or sauce; it was quite empty. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I shouldn't have to explain to the person working here that protein isn't exclusive to meat. The person working the till was annoyed that I didn't order a meat-based protein option then chose to argue with me about it. I don't see how my order is of their concern in any way.

Decent portions, kind of expensive for a bowl filled with mostly lettuce. Needed something quick and kind of on the healthier side though. Better option than fast food chains.

Extremely stingy portion sizes. A $12 sandwich should not consist of two paper thin pieces of bread with barely anything inside. Very disappointing. Will not order again.

My first visit was great. The wrap was really good, as was the service. So I was really looking forward to my second visit. It didn't go as well. After quite a long wait for my food I noticed customers behind me were being served. I inquired at the counter, turns out you hadn't even started to make my meal. If I hadn't already paid ( and left a tip! ) I would have just walked out at that point, having sunk 20 minutes already. So, now I'm really on the fence whether or not there will be a third visit.

Yellow lettuce, small portions compared to other locations. Presentation looked as though it was leftovers from someone else’s order.

It doesn’t take much to be courteous and friendly. Especially if you’re providing a service to people. Guy working the register was abrupt and not interested in being polite. Even when you’re busy you can say hello when customer says hello how are you? Instead the reply is for here to go. No smile no thank ypu. Store is also not clean tables are all dirty, paper napkins mostly empty.
